I recently acquired a feeding tube for my aquarium, and while it comes with some practical benefits, there are notable drawbacks to consider. The feeding tube includes a grid at the bottom, which is designed to prevent fish from swimming up the tube, potentially causing disruptions. While this is a thoughtful feature for fish safety, I encountered an issue with food getting stuck in the grid. This could be frustrating, as it hinders the efficient distribution of food within the aquarium and requires extra attention to ensure that no food goes to waste.In addition to this functional concern, the feeding tube arrived with a noticeable crack. This cosmetic flaw was disappointing, considering the overall quality of the product. Despite the crack, the feeding tube still functions as intended in terms of preventing fish from entering the tube, but it leaves room for improvement in terms of product quality and design. In summary, the feeding tube has its merits in fish safety, but the issue with food getting stuck in the grid and the initial crack upon arrival suggest the need for improvements in both function and manufacturing qualityIn conclusion its a good design/ product but maybe for shrimp food and not the current type of food that i want to use (bloodworms) since its the main problem that it keeps getting stuck. Ultimately resulting in me having to push the food down with some tongs and moving the grid out of the way just enough where my rainbowfish can fit in there, i havent been able to capture photos of these moments because its stressful trying to take off the suction cups and pulling up the contraption after just putting food in there and making a mess in my aquarium. While the fish in the tube and im attempting to get them out. (The safety feature’s holes are too big and my fish get stuck in the tube.

I use it mainly to fee the shrimp food without the snails getting to the food, so this works well to do that and each piece makes the height adjustable so I can play around and adjust the feed as necessary.

Very easy to assemble (model for assembly is on the side of the packaging) and sturdy. The length of the tube is customizable to suit needs and the suction cups hold very well to the side of the tank.This works great for small foods.Brine shrimp works well with the safety grate, not so much for larger foods like bloodworms.
