Didn't like the taste of this. It's bland and not to my liking. I bought it for clear soup for a medical exam, but it's white so it wasn't suitable. And it tastes a bit soapy to me. So didn't do what I needed it to do and it doesn't taste great, so for me it was a waste of money. It might be OK for you.
