Southern Culture Foods Vanilla Shortstacks, Pancake and Waffle Mix Organic and GMO Free Pack of 2 (Vanilla)

Light, great flavor, great texture. My family really enjoyed them. The package is exactly 2 cups which exactly matches the recipe, making prep a cinch. I’m really confused about what the other reviewers found objectionable. Definitely paying a premium, but fun & tasty.

I hate separating eggs and this recipe calls for that. But if you don’t mind the extra steps these pancakes were good. But for the price I wouldn’t buy them again.

Not worth the price compared to regular grocery store brands. The pancakes didn't have very much strawberry flavor at all. The package says 10 oz and measures out to 2 cups so it comes with the right mix for the recipe. Maybe it's better in waffles.

Found these a few years back because my daughter had dairy and egg allergies at the time. She has since grown out of the dairy but still has egg allergies. Pancakes are really tasty. Don't need syrup. I get them for each of my children's birthday breakfast

These were the best waffles i have ever eaten. The entire family raved about them. I went back and purchased additional flavors to try, i'm really looking forward to making them. Although the package says it only makes 4 waffles or 12 pancakes I got 8 generously sized waffles out of one box of mix.

I wanted to love it but it was really heavy. If you like those really thick pancakes this will be for you.

Too expensive for what it is....

I like the convenience of this idea. I didn't taste any strawberry though. I liked the vanilla one and will try others.
