I've been using hair fibers (Toppik brand initially and now this brand) for 5-6 years now. I’ve tried a few different brands but find this one the most economical and totally compatible to bigger, more expensive brands.It takes some practice to get this product to look the most natural. Don’t just dump it on top of your hair (I feel like that’s what the bad reviewers are doing); I portion out my hair (rat-tail comb works the best) and apply the fibers at the root, working with individual sections at a time. I use two mirrors (vanity and hand-held) to see the back of my head. The key is to apply the product underneath, not over, the hair; this way my natural hair always lays on top. I have very, very thin hair but it still works for me to the point that my husband is still not aware Im practically bold. Using a bit of hair spray holds the product in better and I reapply the fibers every morning here and there but a good amount stays on until I wash my hair. Is it a miracle product? No, not at all, you can never have a white pillow case and have to wash it more often and your shirt collar will forever look dirty but it’s either that or thousands of dollars spent on hair transplants. I’m ok keeping extra pillow cases on hand and Shout stain remover gets the collars clean again. I'm a 37 y.o. female and it's been a life saver for me!

My older, always fine and now thinning hair is definitely gaining volume with this product. It is easy to shake out onto your hair, it pats well into place and accepts hair spray to keep it on your head. The drawbacks? It sprinkles all over your bathroom basin and floor, it rubs off onto your pillowcases, it can stain your clothing (put a bag over your head to pull your shirt or dress on to protect the material), and it can be visible as dark dandruff on your shoulders. Will I continue to use it? Yes, in moderation. My hair color lasts easily for 2.5 to 3 weeks. I use the shaker color (in auburn and dark brown combination) for the last week, when my hair is lengthening and the color is fleeing.

I have used Nor1 for years, it is an excellent product. I have now order "Light Blonde" twice and have received Light brown twice, looking at the bottle notice that the code is WRONG, it is for Light Blonde on a Light Brown Bottle. More the disappointed.

I just received this about 10 minutes ago, I tried it and let me tell you...This has got to be ONE OF THE BEST PRODUCTS I HAVE EVER PURCHASED. EVER. I have decided to go natural over the summer this year. Before that I had weaves, perms and coloring that completely destroyed my hairline. Needless to say going natural was a challenge once I started to grow my hair out. I had the bald spots to the front that i could not get rid of, and I became very frustrated because of that. I found this product and WALLA... THIS IS A GIFT FROM GOD. I have been using all kinds of vitamins including Biotin that is supposed to help me grow my hair, but these things take time. I needed a solution NOW. And I found IT. I would recommend this product to the world.

Bought this for my boyfriend. He was blond as a child and now has dark hair. I got the medium brown because he's not dark brown and not blond. But, we have to be careful not to use too much because the color doesn't really match that well. With they had something with more of an ash base, rather than the warm tones of medium brown.

As a long time Xfusion user, I'm VERY pleased with Nor1. For those searching for an alternative to the now $50+ Xfusion Dark Brown, be aware that there's a somewhat more reddish tint to this Nor1 brand. The Xfusion brand (I think toppik owns it now, or maybe they always did) of Dark Brown was more of an almost black color. This isn't that dark. In fact, I'd say this is actually a dark brown, whereas the Xfusion was not. I don't want to make it sound like this is red though. It isn't. Just a truer dark brown. Hope this helps! I tried Nor1 for the first time about 3 weeks ago. I used Xfusion for at least 8 years and was shocked when the price doubled. Nor1 is just about exactly like Xfusion. The consistency is the same. It covers well. You can use the fixative you used previously. I don't really see any difference in the product. You may have to play with the coloring a little as the shades are not quite the same. I will definitely be purchasing this again. Very pleased.

I was an XFusion user and was shocked at the price when I went to buy a new bottle. More than double.While searching I came across Nori at what I feel is a reasonable and fair price. Like another review I read, my only issue with the product is it does not come out of the bottle as easily as XFusion did. Is that bad? Not necessarily because it was easy to over apply XFusion, but with having to give Nori a good shake, you are not likely to over apply. Medium brown seems to match the XFusion medium brown and more important my hair color. I'll be buying Nori as the reasonable price from now on.
