I’ve been using the Vitamin Energy for a few years and my doctor did give me an okay to use it! I don’t usually take the whole bottle at once but I use it for energy to get through my days! I have recommended it to others! I will continue to use! 👍😊

Don’t drink in afternoon, you probably won’t sleep that night. I also don’t drink it everyday. But when I do it really keeps me going. I love it.

This is a light pomegranate flavor with a slightly tart after taste.It's actually pretty good chilled and a ton better tasting than many energy / sport drinks / mixes.After reading some other reviews I expected this to have a horrible taste, but it does NOT.This is the 3rd flavor from 'Vitamin Energy' that I tried = Tropical Berry - Mixed Berry -Acai Pomegranate and all have tasted pretty good in the world of energy shots.While I've found this works well for greatly improving my energy for the dayI want to mention >> The shot doesn't contain sugar - but is sweetened with Sucralose.That's a neg being as study's have shown Sucralose can lowergood bacteria in the gut by half. And is known to increase inflammation in the body.But if your OK with Sucralose (or take probiotics) then this is a good product to try.Gives a good clean boost - without jitters for approx 6-7+ hours - then gently gone = no crashThe shot is a lightly pink (almost clear) liquid - as thin as water, naturally flavoredbut they don't say exactly what. But it tastes pretty good.I DIDN'T notice a vitaminy aftertaste which is surprising consideringthe ingredients contain 3 Vit B's.This combination from Vitamin Energy is focused on energy.> Ingredients of 200 to 14,000% DV of key Vit B's for energy = Vit B 3 - 6 - 12.> Taurine 1500mg - has important functions in heart / brain and support nerve growth.Lowers blood pressure and calms the nervous system.> Glucuronolactone 350mg - enhance athletic performance (also in Red Bull)detoxes the liver and reduces mental fatigue.> NATURAL - 260mg caffeine. > nearly three cups of perked coffee.> N-Acetyl-L-Tyrosine 40mg - helps builds protein and produces enzymes -produces neurotransmitters and more.(considered safe up to 150mg per day up to 3 months)> L-Phenylalanine 5mg - an amino acid that helps make proteinThis 4 box case is a fairly good value currently $67.50 = 48 bottles = approx $1.40 ec.Competitively priced - and much better value then Vitamin Energy 2 box of same.Good product

These are pretty decent tasting, I like the B12 vitamin it's a great energy source. Upon inspecting the shipment I noticed stains on several of the boxes, and it looks like some bottles leaked or cracked, I am not sure how many were damaged without peeling all the labels off. I noticed another reviewer had the same issue.Another weird issue I had with these are strange solids collected around the bottle cap threads, it looks like fruit pieces, however the drink is just a clear liquid with no actual fruit pieces in it, not sure what's up with that.Besides for the quality control issue, these B12 açai pomegranate flavored ones taste decent to me, I could immediately taste the ACE-K and Sucralose, it's a very strong sweet flavor (two sweeteners is a bit much for such a small drink), but good enough to finish quickly, two sips, and the bottle is done, I feel more alert after drinking them however I do get jitters for about 30 minutes after taking one, probably due to the 260 mg caffeine, and I am a coffee drinker and overall used to high caffeine drinks and pre-workout energy drinks.Overall I do like them, great for a quick energy boost when I am sleepy or just to keep a bottle handy in the car or backpack, they are costly, and I would be upset if I received ones with the QC issues that 3 our of 4 boxes of mine had, perhaps just a bad batch who knows...Cons: Not a fan of the Artificial sweeteners and Preservatives, Potassium sorbate (commonly used), Sodium benzoate also contains Artificial Sweeteners, Sucralose (commonly used), Acesulfame potassium (Ace-K).Great expiration date, 10/21/23Made in USA, Non GMO.
