I appreciate the comfort level of these three-pound soft weights. They're much easier on my hands and wrists--perfect for solo or group xercise.

First, I need to complain about the packaging these weights arrived in. "THERE WAS NONE." No small box or even a mailing envelope. It was sent in the manufacturers plastic bag with the weights. Also, no tape at the top to prevent someone from opening the bag. Amazon Services in Albuquerque, NM should be more careful when mailing items out to customers. I was very "DISAPPOINTED" with the mailing process.Next, the review of the weights. I like the 1 lb weights with the handles. The handles are just the right size for my small hands. I plan on using these weights with my step aerobics videos. So far I like them.

These are soft to grip. Also with a strap so I can use with my hand open. They have a zipper so it appears the covers are washable. Arrived very quickly appear just like the photos.

I love these hand weights. I use them while hiking at the park. That way I can work my arms, legs and heart all at the same time!

Perfect for my 89 year old father to do exercises with the home heath nurse. Easy for him to grip without dropping. Great product.
