Way easier then cutting and drilling my own. It'd cost me more in cutting wheels, disks, and drill bits to make these than just buy them. Clean up before welding is a breeze. I definitely recommend these, and I will buy again and again for project needs.

We have (2) 52' trailers permanently parked outside of 2 of our 5 loading docks for keeping excess raw materials until warehouse space is rotated to free up more room inside of it (and then we restock the trailers). The supply chain crisis of the last few years, STILL ongoing although better than it once was..., meant we were overbuying and will continue to do so forever. That was truly a nightmare time for business and we won't make that mistake again.We welded on many of these for extra tie-down points since not everything we keep in them is uniform, flat, or nicely stackable on pallets. Obviously we don't want an avalanche if an employee bumbs against such items, so we needed various height attachment points along the length of the trailers. Works like a charm!!These tabs are sturdy and true to size, we couldn't ask for anything more!

These are perfectly sized weld on tabs for steel construction in tube frames and machinery. I used these to replace the broken 3/32" tabs on my excavator and dozer with the thicker 1/8" tabs included in this kit. They are perfectly sized a inch wide and 1-1/2" long 1/8" thick with a 3/8" mounting hole. Excellent weld on material for easy installation. They Tabs may be shortened if need to match the existing tabs that they are replacing as well. The packaging contains plenty of tabs to get the job done too. I can see where these would be useful for making removable panels, appliance repair, cable stands for throttle cables, brake mounting, etc. I can assure you that these won't fail on the heavy equipment that they replaced for me. The pricing is excellent when compared to others available on the market. Amazon Prime has them in stock ready for quick shipping. This company offers other sizes that will give you an assortment of these for multiple purposes. Sidco makes many parts like these, that are much nicer than I can do by hand. I have used these little ears to put hinges on two projects and as hold downs on a trailer. There are so many uses that these are great for and the low price I’ll always have a box in my shop

I had forgotten how many were going to be in this box of tabs, and was pleasantly surprised there were so many. They are nice and thick, and great for something like a bungee strap hook setup.

I don't know if these very well manufactured tabs were laser cut, or punched out, or what. Regardless of the method they used, Sidco has done a commendable job of consistently replicating this very handy part at least 50 times and holding all the parts I checked to within .010 part to part. That works for me just fine. The holes are about .040 oversize to a 3/8 hole (about .02 larger than a 10mm hole).I love the fact that I can design an assembly that uses tabs like this without having to spend considerable extra time manufacturing these parts myself. Definitely worth buying these and at a good price too.

These are perfect for working with 1/8” stock - angle or square. The only thing I found different from the description is the width (listed as 1”) I found the actual to be slightly short, but has not impact on the application.Good item to have ready for the next gate or fence project.
