The packaging appeared new, and tags were intact. Immediately upon removing the wig, it had a noticeable course texture and fiber grouping. I shook it out and ran my fingers through hitting a couple fringed knots. I thought right away that this item had been worn. After examining the wig I considered there may be another explanation, and I didn't have time to order another and return this one (leaving for vacation). From the moment I put it on, the nape hairs were like sand paper, and all the fiber surrounding my face and falling on my shoulders were knotting up like a rats nest. All the fibers were clumping together. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. Two weeks of vacation I managed it the best I could and ordered another from another seller. I just received it a few days ago and it is like night and day. This new one is soft, light, and airy. No tangles, knots, nest, or fiber grouping. It is a new wig and true to Raquel Welch quality is a fine wig. Beware of receiving substandard products from this seller.

This wig looked nothing like the picture. There were no color change in the roots so it looked extra fake. The color was not Wheat but an ugly yellow gold. I love the picture but afraid that even if I change the color it still won't look anything like the picture. Do Not Order if you want it to look like the picture.
