So far it's great. Plumber just installed it yesterday. I do have hard water so I'm sure it's going to not looks so pretty & have to be replaced in about 5 months. But the quality & design are great! Love the sleek look. My bathroom is very modern & it will look great ones the walls are done. I took out a big walk in shower & had a bathtub installed. Love the look of simplicity & how modern it is. Easy functions. Turn the square above the turn on handle. Click over to one of the 3 options. The tub spout,shower head(which is nice & big) or to the hand held shower head. Would recommend & I would buy again.

Purchased and installed in our new bathroom. Very nice finished. The only issue is no cold water, only hot. Need a new controller/hot-cold mixer. I would NOT recommend this.

If you've ever had the opportunity to enjoy a rainfall shower at an all-inclusive luxury resort, then you're in for a real treat after you order this. It offers the same wonderful experience you get showering as you would in a resort's master bathroom. I typically do most of the basic plumbing fixture installation work myself, but in this case needed the assistance of a friend that does plumbing work for a contractor. The installation went smoothly, and there were no problems with leaking after.Everything functions just as we had expected, but works out even better. The tub filling goes at a very fast rate, much quicker than I had anticipated. The rainfall part feels amazing. And the style and finish to the shower and tub set are just very sophisticated and luxurious looking. Yet all of this is only a fraction of what it would cost to typically get a rainfall shower. So if you want that resort shower experience in your own home or rental property, you need to give this one a shot.

We returned a showerhead pack back to the big-box store after we purchased this one. It is similarly priced and has the added tub sprout. The plumbers installed it and they didn't have any issues. So far it's working OK. The only problems are first, the sprout comes out a bit too far into the tub (or the shower head should come out more), so one might knock into the sprout when taking a shower. The 2nd thing is finger prints tend to smudge a lot on the metal surface.
