Very easy to open out of package, minimal natural rubber smell, almost un-noticeable (dissipates very quickly). My 5 year old really likes the feel of the bed and has slept well on it for over a month.Don’t forget you cannot flip this mattress over, due to the design with the coils on the bottom. Do yourself a favor for kids and pick up an organic pee pad cover!Our traditional older twin sheets were hard to fit - tight on the mattress, but we can make them work. We haven’t tried “deep pocket” sheets yet.Love the way this company makes this product with no off-gassing!!!

I've been using the mattress for a while now, and it's been an excellent purchase. What struck me most was the Lifetime Warranty, a feature not common among many brands. This gives me the confidence of a worry-free use. Also, I appreciate that it is Free of Fiberglass. A total win!

I've been happy with this mattress. It's free of fiberglass, which is a huge plus for me. I also love the 365-night home trial period, it gives me peace of mind. The mattress is comfortable and well-made. It's a sensible investment for quality sleep.

I love the thought of 10 trees planted per purchase, it's such a wonderful initiative. The individually wrapped springs really made the comfort level skyrocket. The hypoallergenic properties are a great bonus. I'm seriously considering getting another one for the guest room. Highly recommend!

I was excited to receive this mattress as I liked the all natural and organic materials. But as soon as I unwrapped it, it felt very cheaply made. It feels like there are about 16 springs in it and made of aluminum foil. As soon as you kneel on it or push down on it, it flattens. There doesn’t seem to be a lot of latex, maybe an inch or so. Feels like a nightmare for my lower back. Sending it back is going to be an extremely hard because I have to find a box to put it in and don’t have a way to vacuum seal it. Very disappointed that it was advertised as a 7 out of 10 firmness.

The mattress quality is very good for comfort, Amazons delivery and set-up exceptional. We waited 48 hours before using or making any judgements. My wife was skeptical about a rolled up mattress and it looked bad to begin with but the wait allowed it to fill out and the mattress has a very unique and nice feel to it. It’s very comfortable. The issue we encountered was that it filled out fully to the 76” wide and 12” high dimension but it only reached 78” of the specified 80” length. Seems like no big deal but when you put the fitted sheet on the mattress it’s not exactly fitted. It is very loose. I tried to contact the company via chat through the Amazon app but I was politely told that I would have to go through the Amazon system for problem discussion. I did that and Amazon managed the concern very well and professionally. I guess that my only suggestion is that you may buy a king mattress but you may want to expect not getting all of it as was our experience.

I've been a fan of this mattress. The 365-night home trial option is a standout feature. It shows the confidence the brand has in the quality of their product. In conclusion, my sleep has significantly improved after switching to this mattress.
