I have been taking this exactly by the directions for a week, 4 capsules every time. I see absolutely NO increase in energy, NO weight loss, NO effect whatsoever! The only thing that lost weight was my wallet! I am dieting and exercising as well.I understand it's pills, far as a return, however, GNC will do returns on such things... lots of places do, heck, MOST places do! Now, I have a 3 month supply of sugar pills!🤬Do NOT buy these! I am experienced in doing Keto, these are crap!
