Good size for a plus size. The material is good quality so it holds the oils. The velcro is very strong and unintrusive. I recommend this product for your oils. I enjoy using them for my health.

I have already used the small one for my neck and the larger be around my stomach. I used a separate cotton flannel with the larger one so it will not have to be washed as often. Worked very well. Many options for the money. Able to adjust to size that is needed.

Don't be fooled by the pictures these wraps are huge! I was so disappointed when my package arrived, that I put it right away back and told my husband to return it. Im so sorry that I forgot to make pictures. I am size S and the model shown on the pictures is somewhat the same. Anyway, little difference won't be a problem because they are all adjustable. Unfortunately, what I got was probably XXXL, even more. Just one of the round pads covered almost my entire body, same for the liver pad and the rest of them. The only one that was close to my expectations was the one for the thyroid. I usually don't review most of my purchases, but that one was the most weird purchase that I've received and could not miss not sharing .. I hope it helps.Update: I have looked into other brands for chest pads and they all have 9 inches diameter, so I decided to compare with washable nursing pads and they are about 4 inches. The difference also is that they have 3 layers, middle is absorbent. Any way I have no other choice in size for the castor oil packs.
