This sealer works like a champ. I didn't need one that has a spot for bags, It's fast, simple and appears to be quite well made. I especially like the electro-magnetic clamps that hold the top down, so once you press the handy button located on the handle, you can let go and start packing your next bag. I use one a lot. I'm very happy with it so far.

So far so good. Great product, I am impressed so far. Before I bought this I emailed customer service to ask some questions and their responses were quick and helpful. I wanted to stay with USA made products (parts likely came from other companies) and I searched quite a few different companies. I went with this company because of the customer service and the replace ability of the parts.

I cannot get a good seal unless the bag is spotless. The unit has a big cup on the side to collect fluid, yet the unit won't properly seal if there is any wetness on the bag when it seals. This does not make sense to me. The manual suggests freezing everything before you seal it to get a proper seal. Do not buy this!

What do i like about this product? Not muchWhat do i dislike about this product? Well i will start by saying i have the older version of this machine that does not have the magnetic locking mechanism. Lets start with the built in electronic features, no matter what i program it has a mind of its own, I have nicknamed it groot. To my disappointment the unit has mediocre suction power, i bought this unit as a major upgrade to my 50.00 unit which by the way was more user friendly and did an equally as good job vacuum packaging. I thought by making a major investment i would have a substantially better product... not the case. The magnetic tape morphs and deforms, the first strip lasted for about 10 vacuum seals before crinkling up causing there to be small voids in the seal i didnt detect. This lead to a slow leaks in the vacuum seal itself and my food either being freezer burnt or going bad quickly in the refrigerator. Once i recognized the issue i replaced the heat tape which was provided upon purchase. That tape now peels up when i remove the vacuum packed food and bag. In order to vacuum pack more than one bag in a setting i have to continuously reset the heat tape by touching an extremely hot strip inbetween vacuum packs. Not acceptable when handling raw meat and trying to keep everything sanitary. I have had the product for a little over a year and the quality is already degrading. So i will leave you readers with this closing statement: BUYER BEWARE THIS IS A POORLY MADE PRODUCT WITH UNRELIABLE FEATURES AND COMPONENTS. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BUY A 50 DOLLAR UNIT, IT WILL WORK EQUALLY AS WELL. FOR THE PRICE THIS JUST AINT THE ONE!

Works well for keeping my espresso beans fresh ( I buy 5 lbs. at a time and freeze them) . Just make sure that you press down the handle well to engage the electromagnetic lock. Vacuum works well and the sealer does the job as long as you do yours.

Needed a new vacuum sealer. As usual I shopped, googled, ready reviews, compared options & prices - Extremely Happy with this purchase.Easy to use, built tough, definitely sucks the air out & seals up tight.Best Vacuum Sealer I have ever owned.
