needs direct overhead sun to pump water
Although this little fountain "works", compared other lighted floating fountains, it needs direct overhead sunlight to keep the fountain spraying. If the sun is at a slightest angle, it won't keep pumping water. Also, if the fountain is spraying during the day, that can shadow the solar panels too. The cheaper floating fountains don't seem to be affected as much by shadowing. Otherwise, the lights are great at night and the pump works continuously spraying the fountain at night.

Worked Once!
I purchased this fountain early in April tested it and it worked. Packed it back up because my fountain was not complete. Finally I got it back out and set it in the sun for 2 days and NOTHING. Of course my 30 day window has passed. Don't buy this one. Just throwing your money away!
