Great bidet, but be careful!!
Just installed this bidet recently and began using it. It installed very easy. The instructions were easy to follow and it provided everything we needed. I will say the hardest part of the whole process was just getting the water turned off. Old house = old pipes and fixtures. But afterwards we had it done in 10 minutes. I chose not to use the seat bumpers since although it would make it a bit more even, I didnt care for the look of the large gaping hole between the seat and bowl. The controls are easy to use and easy to understand. I will say however, this thing can SHOOT water! LOL Be careful! First I turned it on to make sure it was working before finalizing everything and it shot a water stream across the entire bathroom and saturated the wall!So the next time we had to use the loo I figured I'd try it out for real...this is where I will continue with the be careful because you only need the slightest fraction of a turn either way to get it to work. I felt like I had just had an enema after I got up! LOL. The water output that this thing provides is fabulous and you will no doubt be spic and span clean after you use this device!I got this at a great price on Prime Day and am very pleased with it and highly recommend if you're looking for a truly good THOROUGH clean on either bits.

Easily Left Running
Installation was very simple. If you can turn a screw, use a wrench, and apply Teflon tape, you can install this. If you read the description you would know that there is no temperature control (just volume), so the water is tap-cold. You would think that squirting cold water on your backside would be uncomfortable, but it's not. I suspect that warm water might be more relaxing, but is that particular muscle one that you really want relaxed?I have only had it for a day, so I can't speak to its durability, but if I experience an issue I'll edit this review.I have two minor complaints. First, the control is right-side only. I got this because I will be unable to use my right hand to wipe for a couple of months. However, it's not too difficult for me to reach around with my left hand and operate it as long as I.... (trying to word this delicately)... align my posterior first. The other issue is that the control does not automatically reset when you release it. You need to turn the dial back to the center manually. If it is not precisely centered, you could leave it dripping water. There is a very light click that indicates that it is off.Nevertheless, it does a good job of cleaning the derriere and saving you toilet paper.

Clean butts and private parts easiest set up ever
I just set it up. This is my 4th Bidet over 8 years and 2 different apartments. This was the easiest setup yet, the best price, and fit perfectly. 10 minute set up. Pictured is my toilet seat and shape I know I had trouble in my last older apartment with older plumbing and toilets to get the right fit. We went without a bidet for the last year and I will never go without one again. I missed it and finally remembered to shop for one and this oddly named Bigcow brand had a great deal of good reviews so I tried this it. Saves on toilet paper and is much, much cleaner. Just be careful to teach kids not to turn it up too high and/or make sure the pressure is low enough because it can be too much pressure⚠️ for anyone. So if you're a menstruator, someone who poops or pees you should get this bidet. If you own your home and can add the hot water from your sink get one with dual temperature they are heavenly. But if you rent the cold water only is still great. Even in the winter ❄️ months although it will give you quite a wake-up 🥶some days if you live in colder climates. 🧊

A good starter bidet, easy to install
This is my second bidet, so I have some experience using them and have been doing so since the great toilet paper crises of 2020.This one came with absolutely everything I need to install, including the nylon tape, and the plumbing parts were higher quality than I was expecting. The instructions were clear and I had no issues installing it (beyond getting behind my toilet), and I have had zero leaks in the nearly two months since I've been using it. I also love that my toilet seat isn't propped up at a bad angle like with my previous bidet, and it sits nice and flush (no pun intended) as it was meant to.The only thing I have to be careful of with it is when I first open the spout to the first "click" (by turning the knob), the water is a bit sharp, and I have to back it down halfway for my most sensitive areas. Opening it half way doesn't start the stream, so I have to open it fully and then close it a little so its comfortable. This could be due to my homes water pressure possibly, but I cannot be certain.Overall, this is an efficient little bidet and would be a great option for anyone who wanted to try one out! We go through toilet paper half as fast as we used to, so it has helped us save a lot of money. I would recommend a nice, thick, low-lint premium toilet paper to pat dry, as a little goes a long way, and you'll still be saving money!

If you like a clean butt, this is for you!
I have considered getting a bidet for a long time, but I thought it might be weird. When I saw how affordable this one was I knew I had to try it. We use a ton of toilet paper in my home and this has helped decrease the amount by at least 25%. I’m not sure it’s for everyone, my son is not a fan (but I have heard him use it…lol) I just can’t see why this is not a normal addition to toilets. I had a bit of trouble installing it, mainly because I have a small bathroom, and the area around the toilet I had to work with was pretty tight. I did have to use a wrench to tighten the connection to the water intake valve on the toilet just to thread it on, but once that was done, it was pretty cut and dry. I was worried it was going to get really dirty, but because there is the little shield in front of the sprayers it takes care of it. All in all, I believe this is one of the best purchases I have made in a while! If you are on the fence, for 20.00, what do you have to lose, a clean butt??

Really great value for money
Really great value for money.Works as expected.I'm surprised it was as cheap and easy to install as it was.Only thing is that it doesn't come with a backflow preventer which I think is quite important. I purchased my own.

Good product and we added a shutoff
I have to admit we didn't really research the bidets much but we're happy with this one. It has stainless steel braided hose and connectors and the adjustable flow knob is good. We have a local plumbing shop and they are always helpful. Jokingly, I said whenever we come here we spend more but learn lots. They suggested we put a shutoff on the bidet section to avoid unexpected water leaks when away on vacation. It's really more of an issue with units that have a rubber hose that is more likely to leak. We also found that with the shutoff we were able to install a 12" connecting hose rather than the 20" hose that comes with the unit, making for a much tidier install. Also we had been wondering about child proofing when friends with young children come visiting and the shutoff is perfect for that. Installation requires a bit of care and it really helps to have a large slot screwdriver. We got a 3/8" slotted 8" screwdriver which was perfect but be careful not to over tighten. We also bought replacement plastic toilet seat hinge bolts and replaced the brass ones because they tarnish and seize up. So, we spent more on extras and are happy we did. Altogether makes for a good setup. We actually bought two, one for each bathroom.

Wow! What a clean arse feeling and without even touching it!
Amazing product. I was a bit skeptical at first, but after trying this for a couple of weeks now, I am amazed how good this product is. I am never going to back to the old way to say the least. The price point at the time of purchase had made me try this out.

Caution before buying if you have a modern design toilet
Funny name but whatever, overall its an alright puchase but it was a hassle to install in my particular case. This bidet gets fixed under the toilet seat with the sprayers hanging down the back end of the bowl. Water gets activated through the side faucet, spraying straight at your anus or vulva (which the company names behind and front).Nevertheless, I have a modern toilet with hidden parts and tight fitting the the wall which created 2 problems:-distance from toilet seat screws to the bowl rim is wider than the bidet, meaning bidet cannot be installed and the sprayers dont even reach the bowl to hang downwards. Complete fail.-Adapter/splitter gets attached to the bottom part of the water tank and thus feeds water tank + bidet via and the supplied extra hose (see their photo). The problem with the splitter is that it needs to be tightened with a spanner. With the little space behind the toilet and concealed hose -again modern design, it is impossible to get any tools under the water tank to tighten the adapter.I finally installed the bidet on a different toilet but i still had to purchase a T connector at the hardware store which i fitted right at the valve, supplying both the water tank and bidet.Installation instructions are ridiculous.Even though bidet is slim it still elevates the toilet seat a bit. It does come with bumpers to fix that, however for my specific toilet they were too high. Wish they supplied slimmer ones.Pros include sleek and slim design. Does well what is supposed to do.
