Heel lifts
Good product. Advertised accurately. Comfortable to wear.

Does the trick, in the right situations. (Walking around all day isn’t one of them.)
(TL;DR: Mostly wear the 1.4” lift. Fits in my size 9 shoes mostly fine. Feet kinda stick out of low shoes, but not enough to be a problem. Got used to walking in them pretty fast. Not good for walking around all day. They don’t add quite as much height as marketed - figure a third of an inch less. Buy real elevator shoes if you’re serious about it, but for this price, these lifts are a fine option.)Full review:I bought two of these: first the Blue 1”, and then the Black 1.4” (the subject of most of this review). The heel-only design appealed to me as no cutting of a larger insole would be required, and the one of those I’d tried already made my shoes inhospitable for my feet. (Constant pain.) Some other reviews have complained about these being too small, but I wear a men’s size 9 and have not any problems with that. Note that certain colors of these are, indeed, smaller - check the photos carefully!I use these in both of my pairs of shoes: a pair of Nike sneakers, and a pair of Florsheim dress shoes. Both are fairly low-backed, and after trying the 1” ones first, I worried that the 1.4” wouldn’t fit. In the end, they *do* fit, but just barely. My feet don’t come out of them, even when kneeling, but they look and feel like they would. My pants are long enough to cover them, so, nobody notices. I’ve noticed that I have some initial pain when putting on my left sneaker; this doesn’t happen with the right side, or my dress shoes. All about the fit in your particular pair, I suppose. Being arched, they do feel like you’re wearing a high-heeled shoe, with your weight tending to fall on your toes and making you walk funny; with a bit of practice, you learn to shift your weight back to the heel, and walk mostly normally. The gel in the inserts is firm but not rigid, so your heels will not hurt doing this. The main problem I’ve had with these is long-term comfort. For normal days, when I work at a desk and don’t walk around a whole lot, they are fine (especially when I can take them off while sitting for extended periods). However… don’t expect to walk around a Disney theme park all day in these. I had the chance to do exactly that, a week or so after buying… needless to say, it wasn’t pretty. I had blisters on each little toe, and both feet ached for a day or so. I also found them uncomfortable to wear on long driving trips. If you walk/stand around a lot, skip inserts like these and get dedicated elevator shoes - particularly ones with lifts that go down to the mid-sole, and thus aren’t as arched. (Prepare to pay, alas…)Another thing to note: these, like all lifts and most elevator shoes, are marketed based on the height of the insert itself, measured at the very back (see the picture of this lift with the measurement shown, for example). This is misleading - the back of your heels are behind the center of your body, and therefore, measuring from there does not give an accurate picture of how much height you will gain. Plus, these lifts have a slight “U” shape to them, to contour to your foot better. In measuring myself, I found the 1” lift adds just over 0.6” to my height, and the 1.4” model adds about 1.1”. (Again, this is standard marketing practice for all similar products - not just these.) As a guy who is 5 foot 4 and a quarter in socks, even 1.1” felt like a noticeable change! And yet, these are becoming a gateway drug into proper elevator shoes/boots… we shall see :)All in all, considering the price and the benefits I’ve seen, I’m happy with my purchase. Still, if you’re serious about height-increasing footwear (and being able to walk around a lot in it), you’ll have to splurge on specialized shoes that are built to handle that. But even then, these lifts are a good introduction to the experience.

Made only for women very narrow
The media could not be loaded. The product is made for woman's foot it is very narrow and the size is small maybe a size 8 in women's size it is not made for a man. It would fit narrow and short in a man shoe. will be too small in a man's shoe or sneaker or boot. Not recommended.

Makes you Taller but makes it Uncomfortable
I bought these for a Quince, so i can look taller in the photos.-As much as they make you taller just a little it makes it harder to walk as it shifts around where the heel is-As well as pushes the front of foot up where the shoelaces are feeling more pressure around there.-I bought these with wanting to look taller but at the cost of discomfort, equal trade off.

These slide right into my Size 9 shoes!
Ok, no way could you get away with putting on any of the additional heel lifts in regular shoes. But what I did with the extra heal lifts I put them under the insole of my other shoes and they work great! So really I have 3 pairs of lifts with this one purchase.

works as advetised
bought as a gift for my vertically challenged friend, works fine and as advertised, but as you can imagine the more inserts you use, the less stable it becomes, although the insoles alone are very comfortable due to the air pocket, soft rubber, and arch support

Walked over 30km in a day with these, comfortable enough
These are quite comfortable, you get used to them pretty quick. I was able to walk about 30kms using the sole and 2 additional layers. I wouldn't recommend walking that much in these but I was able to do so without issue.
