Namaste Yoga: The Complete Fourth Season

The Yoga Guidance Is A+
I like the voice of Kate Potter as she explains the asanas. The staff performing the yoga is the best I have ever found on a yoga program.

So relaxing, and easy to fit into your daily routine!
I was already a fan of Namaste Yoga, as I have already completed several of the seasons. The fourth season did not disappoint! As other seasons, the music, narration, and softness of each segment is very relaxing and tranquil. I found that this season had a little bit faster of a flow, still very do-able, and a variety of poses. I truly liked this better because it was a bit more challenging and I felt like I was able to push my self just far enough without going too far. I have made this a part of my morning routine. Like many others, I have a busy work schedule, and it doesnt stop there. Allowing myself the 22 minutes in the morning to practice with Namaste Yoga truly impacts how the rest of my day goes. I feel relaxed, centered, and have the energy to power through the rest of my day. It makes me feel GOOD! I highlight recommend the fourth season, whether you are a beginner in yoga or very experienced!

Great yoga flows and a solid workout. Perfect for anyone wants to do yoga at their own pace.
All opinions and reviews are 100% my own and under no obligation to review this product. As a yogi and a busy mom of two young kids, making time for self care and yoga can be a challenge. The Namaste Yoga season 4 makes it easy to incorporate yoga into my day.It is divided up into different sections and focuses on different aspects of the yoga practice. You have the option of doing a single section or flow or do as many as you like. It is set in beautiful locations. The yoga instructor has a soothing voice, positive affirmations, and sets the intention for the practice. I really enjoyed Namaste Yoga and definitely plan on using it every day as part of my yoga practice. The best part is that it can be done at home, at your own pace, and even your kids can join you. No excuses to not be able to fit a workout into your day. I highly recommend it for any yogi!

Great for Home Practice
I teach yoga and I'm always looking for new inspiration, as well as DVD programs to recommend to students. This is a great option for a home practice. The classes are just over 20 minutes which makes it easy to squeeze in to your busy schedule. The instruction is clear, however I wouldn't recommend it to someone who has no yoga experience. Sometimes the pace is quicker so only the pose name is called out versus instruction on how to get into the pose. If you don't know what "Warrior III" looks like, by the time you look up and figure it out, they'll be out of the pose. That said, if you have some knowledge already, you should be just fine. The sequences are solid and warm you up in a short amount of time. The scenery and tone of voice are relaxing. It's a perfect escape and cheaper option if you can't make it to a studio.

Great yoga workout
I found Namasté Yoga years and years ago and had purchased seasons 1 & 2. My husband and I started doing the show together last year and found it on Amazon Prime Video as well as the 3rd and 4th seasons. We love doing this yoga together and have been doing two episodes a day for over a year now and feel great and know how much our bodies have improved. It incorporates breathing with stretching, strengthening and balance poses/movements. The filming locations are gorgeous and the yoga staff are very inspiring.

Harder than the first two seasons.
I still don’t like the narrator in the 3rd and 4th seasons, but I like the variety of poses, which is why I ended up buying all four seasons. I do one from each season every week. Yoga is hard for me, because I suffer from muscle weakness. This series challenges me just enough. And the 22 minutes for each video is about all I can handle.

Does not build with each rotation like the early seasons.
Like the previous seasons, Namaste stays true to calming narration and subtle music...as well as a quick, digestible length for busy lives. What prevents a 5-Star rating from me is the loss of what made the early seasons special...the format in which the routine builds by adding one pose with each rotation. This was my favorite quality of Namaste yoga, as it allowed me to learn the routine quickly and therefore, enjoy the full extension of each move since I always knew what was coming next (even upon the very first time with a segment). I can’t imagine why they would eliminate this successful structure, and I will only add in Season 4 as an occasional boredom buster as a result.
