Perfect fit for Vanguard Espod CX 204AP Tripod
I picked up a Vanguard Espod CX 204AP tripod in a charity shop for just a few quid, but the shoe was missing. Did a quick bit of research, found this one, and it's excellent - with a snug fit. Now gives me lots of flexibility with my Canon PowerShot SX70.

Works well
The old quick screw on my very old vanguard tripod had started to disintegrate. So found this was purported to be the same number. Have to say it’s marginally larger than the original but fits perfectly.

Fits Vanguard Tripod Well
Fits my Vanguard tripod perfectly. The plate size is 42mm square, which is just right. Plate sizes seem to vary considerably between similar products, so you have to be careful in choosing one that fits. It seems well made, but a bit expensive for basically a piece of plastic with two bits of metal!

It is totaly ok, I use it for attaching my 'Ipow smartphone clamp holder' to my Vanguard photo tripod. Very happy with it.

Brilliant
Picked up a second hand tripod, and the quick release shoe had gone all sticky. Bought this ....... great have a working tripod.

Genuine spare part - better design than the original one
The rubber pad on mine had perished, and bits of it kept coming off. This replacement is better in three ways. One, it is slightly taller, and gives a little more clearance between the head and the bottom of whatever you screwed it to. Two, the pad is made of a softer rubber. Three, the screw on the back now has a fold-away wingnut thing to allow tightening without using a coin. Amazon's picture shows the old style.

Great! Came earlier than expected and works just fine with the camera. It's a bit more difficult to put it inside the tripod than the original one but it is a fairly ok replacement. Thank you!

Fits like a glove !
Purchased a used tripod which came without a Quick Release plate. After trial and error and trying different brand and size QR plates, this Vanguard QS-29 was a perfect fit for my tripod.

Works perfectly
I have had a hard time finding a base that fits my stand. This fits perfectly. I have a t265 optex tripod. This is an exact fit.

Vanguard original Perfect Fit for the CX series
Genuine packaging from vanguard, original quality and perfect fit on my tripod Cx 203 agh. I think it fits for all CX series tripod. Its expensive (almost 1/4th the price of tripod) but worth it if you like your tripod and dont want to buy a new one.
