This is the perfect size for a small office or for use at home. It has the features and usability of the larger cutter without the larger cutter. The finger tip protector is a nice touch as well

I received this today and used it right away. Knew I should test this thing's accuracy given the reviews on all these seem to say they're not very accurate. I tested this by putting some paper right up at the top first, this resulted in weird cuts. Then I moved to the 8 mark and the results were much better. I've found that if I stay around this area and make quick cuts, that the cuts are nearly always straight. The cutter itself is a bit bowed looking, but this doesn't affect the actual accuracy. I've included a picture of some of the cuts. It can be a bit tricky to line up if you're trying to cut down an existing line, I opted to not cut along these lines in my tests but believe with enough attention that perfectly lined up and straight cuts are definitely possible.

This paper cutter works great. It's large enough to fit 12"x12" sheets and is fairly accurate. The only thing I noticed is that the line guard can make it hard to see the line you want to cut along.
