I just received my product in a box amongst other items and felt the container had a film upon retrieval. Once I examined the container, I noticed it was cracked. I am upset at the flimsness of the container it was stored in. I feel it's been exposed to the elements before I opened it, thus possibly jeopardizing the longevity of the product. First time user and a littler disappointed. We shall see.
