The mug arrived new, in good condition. A little hiccup was that it came packaged with two Starbucks gift cards, which at first seemed to be a wonderful surprise - until we called to check the balances and found that neither card had been registered-just taken from a store. It was an odd and unnecessary thing that turned out to leave a bad taste in my mouth.
