After having tried most of the popular kettles for pourovers, over the past decade, I decided to take the chance on this kettle which just hit the market.MHW-3BOMBER has been a brand in the coffee community that has been making good quality items and this kettle so far shows all the signs of their commitment to quality.Temperature is simple to set, turn knob to temp, push down knob and let it go and prep your pourover. When at temp, it will beep signaling it's done. It has a temp hold feature, but only to 203°f. They did this to avoid evaporation at higher hold temps which will lead to a dry boil if left unattended. Temperature shows accurate to 1°f when I tested with a NIST calibrated thermometer.It's just big enough in capacity for your standard pourover, which suits my application. The pour is restricted for a slow controlled flow for pourovers such as the V60 and is very precise. The base is a nice small size, fits anywhere. The glass top surface is a nice touch as well.Time will tell its durability, but I am very happy with it as is. I purchased during one of the prime deal days at $80, which made taking a chance on it easier, got the 4 year protection plan as well. I do alternate during the week between espresso and pourovers, so I don't use this every single day (probably 3 days per week avg) . I will report back after some time to give an update. I think it's worth getting!

This kettle has replaced my stovetop gooseneck kettle. Temperature control is a game changer and I never looked back. It is a must have for following coffee or tea recipes. Overall I am very pleased with the functionality of the kettle and its quality, it gets used multiple times a day. So far in 3+ months I haven't run into any functional issues.I have other products from MHW-3BOMBER and know that the seller actually listens to its customers and keeps improving their products. I suggest 2 improvements for the next generation: One slightly annoying thing is that the temperature always resets to 92° C. I wish it could stay on the last used setting. But I haven't figured it out how. And I also suggest that the next generation base comes in a material similar to kettle that shows less water spills and fingerprints. I am a clean freak and I have to clean the base very often to look presentable. It is just a cosmetic issue, the product itself is great.

The media could not be loaded. This pour over electric kettle is a wonderful addition to any kitchen. It is small at 600ml, so it is not very optimal for boiling large volumes of water but is great for tea, coffee, and other uses.This kettle is great because you can set the temperature boil to the exact degree that you would like your water at. If you love making consistently high quality coffee and tea brews this is perfect for you. It is so easy to use. You just turn the dial in the bottom left of the stand that the kettle sits on.The one complaint is the the bomber theme is quite interesting. The product would probably look better without the airplanes and words scattered on it, but nonetheless this thing really gets the job done. For the price, I would most definitely recommend if you are in need of a very useful electric kettle!

Quality looks good and sturdy, I like the gooseneck spout that provides precise pouring that is great for tea and pour over coffee!Has a good temperature sensing and temperature control.Decent water capacity which is just right and doesn’t get heavy, good for 2-3 person servings.Warms up and heats up quick. Good sturdy materials used and keeps water staying warm longer.The stand also has nice base and I like the LED and control features.A bit pricy but good quality

Great gooseneck electric kettle for your slow pour. I really like gooseneck kettle they just have the perfect stream during the pour. Very consistent and easy to manage. Weather your thing is coffee or tea this is a great kettle.The base unit has a single knob on the unit. You use the knob as a button and a rotary switch for setting the temp. It doesn't take long for this kettle to heat up to temp or come to a boil.Cleanup is very simple since you are only using water in it.Very nice product but I will say I could live without the bomber logos.

Fancy fancy fancy , that show this device makes me feel every morning when i prepare my coffee. It heats up the water so fast and the temperature gauge tells you exactly what the degree at that point in time is. So for those coffee perfection people that have to have it at just the right temp to release the flavor. This is the water heater for you. The style from base to spout screams class and i must say i even feel bourgeois when i pour it out. The only drawback is its a little small for water capacity doesn’t quite fill my French press up to the top. But you can get two solid full cups of coffee or tea out of one batch.

This is actually a really nice electric kettle, even nice looking. It works great, and heats water really fast. And only consist of two pieces. There is the kettle itself, with a built-in heating element. And the electric base plate. The electric base plate does not actually contain the heating element, it is in the kettle. When you place the kettle on the plate, feel electronics can make their connections. Then you just adjust it with the knob. Overall, this is a great electric kettle. Great capacity, and very little wait time. Consistent, reliable, hot water, on demand. Device even looks pretty cool. Highly recommended.
