I use these wheat straw dishes small plates for feeding my cats. I need to use a metal reacher to put the dishes of food on their floor trays. Reachers are a helpful tool for many people but finding a space to grab and hold a plate or bowl full of cat food is not always easy to do. I have broken all too many glass, ceramic and china plates and bowls in the 19 years of feeding my cats. Pieces of glass are dangerous for walking on for cats and people and not always easy to completely clean off the floor.I was worried the wheat straw dishes would have a scent which my cats would dislike or that like plastic dishes, the wheat straw could cause allergies around their mouths. In months of using these wheat straw plates I have never had a problem with either the scent or the allergies. I highly recommend these dishes for use by people for animals who live indoors and need regular feeding.I love the bright colors and that the dishes can be washed in a dishwasher without fading or cracking yet.

Very versatile! I use regularly for breakfast and lunch w/o dirty-ing up my regular stoneware dishes. Provides portion control as well as easy clean up.

Being empty nesters and with time, our plateware is a 4.pirce set. Fine for us but when the ids and G'kids come over there was a problem. I'm not big on paper or foam throwaway plates. We previously added the 10" set of 12 of these and it worked great. Until we had dessert. Well these solved that!

I very recently got an old rescue cat, and noticed he would put his paw in the shallow bowl with his food. Pretty sure he didn't like his whiskers hitting the sides of the bowl. These plates are perfect for him. We both give them 5 stars!

These are very cute but they are NOT dinner plates like the title says. These are very small. About the size of my hand. Keeping them for possible appetizer plates but even then, they might fit one or two tiny items. Buyer beware. (I'll likely end up donating them.)

We’ve used these as breakfast plates for my children. We’ve had the plates for less than a week and they are already seriously scratched up just from cutting up pancakes or waffles. Disappointed in the quality.

Love these small plates as I do the rest of the products I have like these. Use daily and they are very easy to wash and do great in the dishwasher. Recommend
