Nice, Excellent specs for the price, accepts an NVME SSD but is unstable.
Runs fine and fast for the Intel N100 but seems to spend a lot of time around 100% cpu for some reason, I have an Chuwi notebook with the same CPU and it`s the same.Comes with an M.2 SSD, the SATA version, I tried an NVME and it was seen and i installed Windows 11, But i kept getting BSOD`s and reboots straight to the bios as if the SSD had died, So i have switched back to the M.2 SATA version, Maybe it does not like my SSD brand/version, It`s easy to swap the SSD due to just 4 screws to remove the bottom and 1 for the SSD, there is a tamper seal.I wish there was an audio output on the rear for my speakers, As i have to plug into the front headphone socket. The Microsoft Store has a free audio app called FX Sound, I highly recommend it and have been using it for years.

Great general purpose PC
Excellent value for money (purchased at £159).Great all-round PC for general use - i.e. low-medium activity (it would be unfair to judge this on video editing or serious gaming!)I am running 2 monitors and I use it for general internet activities (e.g. YouTube), audio editing (Audacity), Microsoft Office and also works fine for Zoom and Teams meetings as well remote access of work via Secure Envoy(note: the processor used is not supported by Zoom for alternate backgrounds / blurring but works fine with Teams)Is quiet in use and it comes with bracket to connect to the back of monitor which the box then hangs on - so easy to lift off if required. After using it for a few weeks, I haven't encountered any problems and I am delighted at this price point (i.e. would buy again)

Not for 3D Gaming or anything graphic intensive
The product is nicely boxed. The device itself is of course compact and the plastics seem of reasonable quality. It is whisper quiet. It does have a fan which kicks in occasionally, but it is not at all intrusive. The power source is similar to an old school phone charge. The startup and installation went without a hitch. Browsing and most office applications run very well. If this is all you intend using it for, then this is a pretty good buy. For me though I had one specific application I needed to run locally on it. It required some basic 3D rendering. Looking at the specs in the product description, it should have been up to the task. Sadly though it wasn't and it was returned. So why 4 stars. Well I got it for £149 after a £100 discount. When you consider Microsoft are asking for £119 for their Windows home licence, well it had to be worth a shot, right. Even though there were zero product reviews.Honestly if your needs are very basic, Email, Internet Browsing, streaming and that sort of thing, this would be a solid choice. But it will not handle 3D Games that are stored or run locally (cloud games will work, depending on your Internet connection), or anything that requires 3D manipulation more generally.Hope that is helpful.
