I couldn't move my neck, and was in all kinds of pain. So I ordered this magical contraption. I had to put my massager in the holder while affixing it to the door (the handle was to wide to just slide it in there afterwards), and protect the end of the door from damage (sponge). But with these two minor modifications and making sure my door was stable, I got my neck and shoulder fixed! I can move again, how amazing is that!!!

Very simple to set up works great with standard width door. Recommending using on solid core door if possible however hollow core would work too.

Eventually it will wiggle free every time. Works OK for a short session but cannot handle higher powered massage guns.

This thing is super simple to mount and use, and works like a regualr clamp, making the height easily adjustible on the fly to get to all the spots and so it can be used by different height users. It fits different thicknesses of doors but consider measuring yours just to make sure it will fit. We have some very thick doors that this didn't work on but it fit the standard builder-grade doors perfectly. It is made of plastic and I wonder how durable it actually is so I try not to press too hard. You'll work out the height that works best for you but consider starting lower than you think and going from there because it's easier to squat alittle than to stand on your tippy toes for best positioning. Also consider getting a rubber door stop to help stabilize the door swing. It didn't damage or leave marks on my door but I do take it off after use it so you don't accidenatlly shut the door with it on, or you will definately damage the gun or door frame, or both. I would recommned to a friend.

Attaches easily to any narrow flat suffice like a door. Hold your massager in place while you press against it. And that’s all it does, you still have to move against it and find the right angle to massage the area you need to, but it is effective for holding it still.

My physical therapist would use a massage gun on my shoulder and when he discharged me, he told me to continue using one at home. The only problem was I could not stand behind myself to hold the massage gun, obviously. So either I had to press my husband into service and endure hearing, “Okay, am I done?” every 30 seconds, or I had to find a way to do it myself.Enter this bad boy. I really had no idea what to expect. It seemed impossible that this thing could hold the weight of my Hypervolt (that sucker is heavy!) and not drop it or slide right down the door. And to be clear, you are clamping this to the DOOR not to the door FRAME. I was confused about that until I read the directions.It’s super easy to clamp but you have to put the massage gun in the clamp first before attaching to the door. Then you simply tighten it so that it’s secure and turn it on and suddenly it’s like my PT is there working on my shoulder! It’s that easy. It’s also much sturdier than I would think my looking at it and sticks to the door without moving and without leaving scuff marks behind when you’re done.Some pointers: I would suggest clamping it lower than you need to so you can use your legs to raise and lower yourself; since the massage gun will be stationary, you will be the one moving. The bonus is you can get a leg workout in while you’re getting massaged. The other thing to note is that the force of the massage gun vibrating will cause your door to shake. Once the massage gun is pressed up against your muscle it will not shake as much and will quiet down but you might still need to hold the door in place with one hand to keep it from moving. Not that big of a deal though.This is one of those products that exists simply to solve a problem people have: not being able to reach their massage guns to certain parts of their bodies. And for what it was designed to do, it’s a great problem solver.
