These sticks are super convenient and taste great. I’ve been using these in the morning before I get my day started with some cardio, and they give me that extra boost I need. Very light on the stomach and a solid amount of electrolytes.I generally like to use hydration powders with a lot of water and these still taste great with 24+oz of water.Good stuff!!

I'm really into drinking hydration drink mixes when I have water because I admit it that I'm pretty dehydrated most of the time and it's the best option for me to try to maximize every chance I get when it comes to drinking water.That said this one ranks high on my chart when it comes to dissolving. It dissolves really quickly in fridge cold water without hardly any shaking needed. The bits left behind are actual minerals and rocks don't dissolve. Hydration wise this is also higher on the charts for how I feel afterwards. There are ones for sure that give a stronger feeling of hydration after/while drinking but at this price point this one is in the upper ranks at least.My one 'meh' about these are there are no stand out flavors for me. I know there are but so many flavors out there but even common ones some brands can heighten the flavor. None of these are bad but none of them stand out enough that I would seek out these again based solely on flavor. For me it would have to be a factor of cost if I were to buy these again.

This product is fantastic. The flavors are great and I love the natural ingredients, which is super important to me. I’ve tried several of these hydration powders, and RESN has been my favorite by far. Can definitely feel the boost I get for my workouts, will definitely be buying again!

This product is great! Packed with electrolytes, which noticeably improved my hydration after testing it a few times during exercise. The natural caffeine is the perfect amount to give me some lasting energy without any jitters or anxiousness. These flavors are all natural, which is important to me, and they all tasted awesome.Would absolutely recommend!

I consume electrolytes on my morning run everyday. Sometimes I take electrolytes with caffeine, sometimes no caffeine.I've been struggling with a lot of low energy runs lately, due to heat and humidity (which always makes it a struggle).I've had these electrolytes for the last three runs, and feel so much better during the run with the added caffeine. (150mg caffeine, which isn't too much, but seems to be helping with my energy.)I really like the blue raspberry and watermelon flavors.These are about $2 a serving, which is a little pricey for me. I am enjoying using them.

As a fan of caffeinated drink powders and an athlete, this product was exactly what I was looking for. It comes in convenient single serve pouches and the flavors are really tasty. They are also packed with electrolytes to keep you hydrated during an intense workout. There are three flavors to choose from and all of them are winners in my book. This product is portable and can easily be tossed into a bag to go with you wherever you may need it.

The taste is very strong and had to add more water just to be able to drink it down. I think the price is value is too high for myself, but it did hydrate me and give me a small extra boost to get me through my busiest days. If you do not mind the strong flavor and do not mind the price, then these would probably be good for you. I would recommend though.

We are in the middle of an extreme heat wave, and I needed to remember that drinking water alone wasn’t going to do the trick. I was so glad to have these handy packets on hand.I have now used a couple of them (but didn’t pay any attention to the flavor I consumed). What I did notice – both times – was that the flavor was too strong for me in a normal 12 oz. glass. So, I added more water which made it more drinkable. I didn’t love the taste, but it wasn’t horrible. It seemed almost salty to me. I can’t say that it increased my energy level, but I did make it through another scorching day intact.Grateful here…
