Cashel Australian Tush Cushion

I love my Aussie saddle, but the slick seat bugged me. This seat cushion is not only comfortable it solved my slick seat issue. It fits perfectly and stays in place. I highly recommend this product.

It's nice No instructions on how to put it on. Hope I did it right. Makes long rides more comfortable.

This pad fits my Tucker endurance saddle well. I broke my pelvis last summer by my "sitbone" & this 1/2" pad really helps for long rides

I bought this for my Australian western saddle in particular to cover the hard leather flaps that cover the stirrup billets because the flap was pinching my thigh. It works 'just ok" for a little protection -because the part that covers the stirrup flap is not padded like the seat. A more improved version would be to pas the forward part too. but at least I am not getting pinched or bruised anymore.

I bought two of these, one each for my wife and I. We love them! Before we got the seat cushions, we didn't like to ride for more than a couple hours because we would get so sore. Now we can go all day without pain, even in rugged terrain!

I bought this to put under my Wintex Pro Stock saddle. Which got a little hard after four or five hours in the saddle. I put it under my sheepskin saddle cover and you can't even see it but boy can I feel it... much better! It is not going to feel like a Tucker saddle seat but it sure helped in my situation. I love it thank you very much. Now I love my saddle even more.

Very thin. Definitely not at all like my other Tush Cushion. Sent it back.

The cushion part itself is nice, it does help for long trail rides or when cantering and sitting the trot. The problem I have with this design however, is the placement of the strap adjusters. The plastic strap adjusters (where you secure the straps to fit the saddle) are hard, raised, and lay right against the inside of your inner thighs. Even if your horse only walks, the constant rubbing from these makes you sore in that area pretty quickly. And if you trot/lope or canter/gallop, then be prepared for bruising. It's not just my opinion either, I've had several people try it out (I ride daily with friends) and each person commented on it. I ended up re-attaching the cushion to my seat using only the back D-rings and taking up some of the slack by wrapping the strap a couple times, and this still gives me the cushion in my seat area but unfortunately won't help those who have issues with their stirrup leathers pinching them (mine don't so I'm lucky) Hope this review helps!

Tush Cush fits my saddle perfectly with some copper clips I’ve added, so comfortable and well worth adding it to a long days ride
