I rarely take the time to write a review good or bad, and I've been disappointed and made a few bad purchases over the years.. but none compare to this one. This ab stimulator is a piece of s...! It's extremely cheap and poor quality. I just received it, charged it up, and 2 of the 3 battery attachments do not work and 4 of the gel pads wouldn't stick. Shame on Amazon for flagging this as an Amazon Choice.

This item is nothing more than a tens unit. It does stimulate the muscles but does very little other than that.

I got this from my dad who has tried many in the past. And he says this one he doesn't have to max out for him to actually be able to fill it

it's a Tens pain product. That said it is a soothing product if you tone it down. It can cause discomfort at first. The oscillating shocks stimulate and sooth sort of. It takes some time to diel it to your comfort / desired level of discomfort. It's an electric shock stimulus. very good if you \ got the hours to live with it

So i was not expecting much to begin with but this was just awful. Very cheaply made. They do not charge or out put evenly so it is clear there is no product QA. The adhesive pads do not stay on and the devices do not work well or consistant

Had to use an abdominal brace to get it to stay on and head bands for the arms to work. Wife tried it and it burnt her skin.

The backing doesn’t stick to skin like it shows on the picture. Especially on arms.
