Perfect fit
This item was just right for the application I needed. Built a med drop box for inlaws and worked great. Meds can be dropped off with no one home and can retrieve later through locked door way. Thanks

Excellent hardware, Stainless A grade.
This lock is pretty tuff. I purposely dropped it to see if concrete would mark it and it didnt. It staid intact wich it was surprising after a 8' drop. The lock is just as others you can buy at local big box stores but this is beyond excellent quality. Stainless is good grade and as you know stainless does not rust. Exactly what i needed. I used this to lock my fuel door on my truck and it works like a champ.

Perfect depth for our boat cabin access
I had gone through at least 6 different lock types and this was the only one that was stainless steel and also had the shallow cam that allowed our cabin door to fold without making contact with the other side. It's not the fault of the lock, but because the prior owner cut the whole out higher than it should have been, I had to grind down the lock portion to shorten it. We're finally able to lock our boat cabin from outside...YEAH!
