My first charge lasted for 4 months, and after recharging it for the first time (until the light stopped flickering), it simply refused to work. I kept playing with buttons, and then a long press on the power button solved the issue and it started working again.

Motor is slow and weak. Need constant charging and broke down in a month.

The product delivered is a cheap knock off of the advertised product. Instead of having 7 levels of water quantity, the unit delivered has only one button. While the product serves the purpose, it is just disappointing to receive a lower class product. Not worth your money.

The two times it worked it wasn't bad, but did take a while to fill the glass. It is nice that you can choose how much water you want but it is a lot of button pressing to get your glass of water.

Most water dispensers are an additional piece of furniture in your kitchen taking up space… This cool thing is petite, but works great. I like the elegant pearlescent white finish. It took a minute to figure out that you have to choose among the milliliters buttons first, then hit the 💧to get it to start: 100 to 1000 ml are the choices. Bonus: I’m getting more of a sense of how much actual water equals the multi milliliter measurement. Thus the dispensing device is like a modern version of a Pee-Chee folder interior flap. May finally bust me out of my 20th century addiction to ounces cups pints and quarts. Rational metric systems to supersede imperialist nonsense. Five stars, cheerio!
