Very bad quality -damped product
Since last year I am using Makaibari Roasted tea leaf "Smoky Mountain". My taste of roasted tea devloped from Goodricke. But, Smoky Mountain of Makaibari changed my choice. I even used your 20/- pack. It was nice. Now, this pack contains damped tea and impossible to consume. The pack was packed on 2/7/2024. Batch no I forgot to note. I did not expect that such a bad review I had to write. Further, Makaribari Tea Co has a so called Customer Care email address. Two months ego I wrote some suggestions. Customer Care did not bother to answer even after confirming receipt of the emailAnyway, Makaibari Tea Estate is least bother about their Customers, their representatives is heartily welcome to my place within seven days so that I can serve them their so called quality tea. I cannot keep the worthless tea for seven days after when I dispose the same. Till then good bye.M/s Amazon is also loosing their Customers as well.

Did not receive both tea packets, only one!
There were supposed to be 2 tea packages, each 250 g. Received only one. Smoky Mountain. Did not receive the other Apoorva black tea! I want a refund. The tea was sent to my in-laws. So disappointed!
