First day, left arm bent out of place just from a 6yr old kid holding it to step down from the chair. Now I have to figure out a way to stabilize the arms which I have zero kdea what to do because it is only held on by two small bolts! . Also - chair does not spin 360 degrees, has a stopping point and you have to spin client back around the other direction, which is a bit ridiculous. It looks pretty nice, but it does get stained from color almost instantly so, there is that, too. Not worth the cost plus shipping - I will consider changing this review if they offer some type of stability hardware for the arms and a better base, but this was literally 1 day of gentle/standard use and it's already falling apart. Do not recommend.Edit : seller reached out and offered a full refund as the replacement color was out of stock. I was able to tighten bolts on loose arm - issue was a faulty bolt that was warped and not allowing me to tighten it fully, which stripped the threads and the weight bent the mount inside the chair. I replaced with a larger bolt and bent back into place - not perfect and still not going to withstand weight but functioning and looks a bit better. As for the base - full rotation is possible when chair is completely elevated, which isnt helpful as i am not tall enough, but it still rotates. I'm going to remove the footrest most likely and have it bent professionally to be at a better angle and fully rotate at lowest position. I changed this review to reflect the quality of the customer service I received as well as there being some manageable solutions to the issues I was having within my skill set. They did not refund the shipping cost which is unfortunate, but I am grateful nonetheless for the effort to make things right, and suggested they reach out to the people who designed the chair to inform them of changes needed to meet safety concerns. All in all - not completely unsatisfactory and excellent customer service. Would purchase again - but would most definitely make modifications before use. (Foot rest, larger hydraulic base, and base bracket arm installation).

The media could not be loaded.  Nice and comfortable. Does not pump as high as I wanted but will do for my starter up salon.

I was concerned on such a great price for a styling chair but needed one fast for a new stylist starting. I'm very please so far with this chair, so easy to assemble, great price and arrived early win win! Im 5'3 and this chair goes low so thats great and the foot rest is low to the ground so if you have clients that have trouble getting around the foot rest this is a great solution. So far very happy.Update 2/17/23. Just purchased my second chair from them. Great chair and specialty for the money!

For the price it’s pretty good. I wish it was a bit more sturdier but it’s fine nonetheless and a much better upgrade from my old office chair lol

The chair is good I love the color it matches my theme for my hair business... It's very wide and has lots of sitting room... I did order and would suggest a plastic zip chair cover to go over it because every little touch leaves a mark/finger print which sucks... even after a good wipe its still noticeable... that's why I am only giving 4 stars...

My daughter is a stylist so I purchased it for when she comes to visit since she always cuts and colors my hair then. She is so excited to not have to work around our high back chairs and continually asking me to move this way and that way.

I bought these chairs for my salon the clients love them they are very comfortable my husband put them together and I did not hear one cuss word out of his mouth . They were relatively inexpensive which worried me but I was pleasantly surprised how sturdy and beautiful they are 🫶🏻
