Top notch! just what is expected of Dell.
So far, I don't have any complaints about this laptop. It runs smooth, the battery life is pretty good, the volume is decent and it has plenty of storage. We mostly use this for school assignments and work projects.

Charger broke after a month. Warranty shows year from date to Seller, not from date of sale
Charger was tight from the beginning, but figured it was new, so no problem. After having issues with the charger for a little over a month now, it finally stuck in the charging port and gve me a message that the charger was incompatible with port and would no longer charge. After several telephone calls to tech support, Dell was blaming me, a 35-year-plus devoted customer of theirs, for damaging it. On top of that they were going to charge me $103 for sending the device back to them and only $9.20 for the part! I cannot express how disappointed I am with Dell right now. Oh, and my service contract is only good from the date they gave the machine to Seller or distributer, September 25, 2023. I never even placed the order until Nov. 27, 2023, and weeks later before I even received it from the Seller. However, Dell did not have a record of that date, so the September 25, 2024, date is the date my warranty expires! to say the least, I am livid!
