This is a very elegant necklace. I bought the matching bracelet a few days before I purchased this. I suffer from cervical spondylosis, and Tennis elbow, and I really feel a difference in my neck and elbow pain. I feel that the pain is slowly going down, and I feel really good wearing this lovely necklace and the matching bracelet. The necklace comes beautifully wrapped in a smart looking gift box, and is ideal to give as a gift for someone. The quality of the necklace is fantastic, and the customer support provided by the store owner Mehran is exceptional. Before the delivery of this item, Mehran emailed me a pdf attachment with the instructions to use the pin removal tool if the length needs to be adjusted. I highly recommend this beautiful necklace to anyone... I'm a 110% happy customer.. The necklace is not long enough and the clasp is very difficult to open. Instructions said they would send additional links to lengthen if required but that request was ignored. Cannot therefore recommend this product.

i'm quite satisfied with the product

I had an issue with original purchase contacted the seller and a replacement was sent and received within two days no quarrels at all. One thing that did stick with me was that he said “Like I mentioned before, your 100% satisfaction is our aim!” and that has been achieved.The product itself I personally thought would be a waste of time but my mother in law convinced me otherwise. I had carpol tunnel surgery done in both hands a couple of years ago and now suffer both hands (right more than the left) with stiffness in the morning on the fingers. It took several weeks before I noticed anything whether it was phycological or what I don’t know? But I have found that the stiffness has eased dramatically on my left hand since I have been wearing this item that is with no meds. So for me I believe the necklace to be a great purchase for stiffness and I won’t be leaving the house without it. Along with the customer service I will most definitely be buying my replacements and any other products in question from this seller. Very happy buyer plus they look stylish and not something an old man would wear

The Necklace ,Takes a wee bit of time to get it to sit right, but once sorted it just sits thereAs for pain relief, I would say it reduce it by 80%, well worth buying

Exactly one year after buying this necklace, small magnets kept falling out which resulted in the pains in my shoulders arms and neck returned.Can you please explain. I am tempted to buy a second necklace to get pain relief but worried the same problem will occur.I need advice please.
