I’ve tried a few of these types of teas now, taste is quite a clean, botanical. I’d say this one has plenty fenugreek, fennel less noticeable I find. The tea bag goes far in a big cup. I think it’s helped a little with my supply.Careful with fenugreek it can cause upset tum this one seems quite strong. Don’t brew bag too long.It’s nice and soothing to sip in evening.

It didn’t help with anything, I guess this tea is just a myth as I’ve tried several and nothing happened, no labour no nothing and got a c section. It’s not tea’s fault, it’s just the body does what the body wants
