(RE)FRESH Dry Shampoo Spray - Benzene Free Powder Absorbs Oil For Silky Hair - Scented with No Residue

I have it 2 stars because it does work. The problem is the smell reminds me of the air freshener at a gas station bathroom. That isn't really what I want people to think of when they're near me so I won't be using it more than the once.

This refresh dry shampoo arrived quickly and well packaged. I was excited to try this as I thought a fruity smelling dry shampoo would be great for in between washes. Unfortunately when I spray it, all I smell is a citrus scented kitchen or floor cleaner. It lingers for a while and then thankfully dissipates, leaving little to no fragrance behind. It worked okay with managing oiliness in between washes and doesn’t cause any notable heaviness in your hair. I didn’t see any white cast like some cause which was nice. It did leave my hair feeling soft and refreshed but I just can’t get past the smell of cleaner going directly on my hair. The price point for a bottle of dry shampoo is comparable to similar products. Overall, this has potential and maybe other scents would be better but this one is not something I will use again. Not recommended unless you are okay with smelling like a citrus cleaner for a while.

I didn't care for the smell and it seems like it's just spraying out pressurized air, not really absorbing the dirt and oils that well.
