A little big in the crotch and lower abdomen area I have a large/extra-large, but it fits great overall. Material is smooth and comfortable; it doesn't stick when taking it off and it doesn't give you a hard time putting it on.

I wore this item one time! It wasn't as snug but hey it is what it is. I was half way through my workout running and I could feel the sweat. I needed to go to the bathroom, I went to put the item back on and the material ripped so badly I couldn't use it. I didn't have a gym bag or anything so I had the throw it away. Amazon will not refund, said I had to return item. Well it's in the landfill. Will not buy again. Waste of money.

So far I do break a good sweat. It is thin but it gets the job done. I will continue to use it. It has kept up and after reading some of the reviews before I got it I just wipe it down after use rather than putting it in the washing machine to avoid wearing it out too fast

My zipper works and overall it fits good but that fishy smell is still there after washing. Scared to wear it bc of that lol

Great quality and material. Very stylish and sexy. This sauna suit is comfy and practical and easy to wear underneath other casual clothes when walking or working out. No moldy or mildew smell. My size is 14/16 so I 1st purchased an XL reading the bad advice and lies from other buyers but that size was too small for my body. I kept that size for future wear and just purchased another one in the XXL and the fit is really great. Not too tight at all. This item washes well on delicate cycle on cold and I dry it in a laundry protective bag on low/delicate.

Prior to purchasing this particular sauna suit I purchased the sauna shorts form the same company which were amazing. They have the same material as this suit but depending on the size, this thermal material doesn’t work. I purchased my suit in a medium, which was pretty snug to fit so I could’ve upsized, but I wanted to have something for when I lost my weight and I didn’t have to buy different suits. The short portion of the suit fit fairly tight and roll up with any type of leg even with just doing squats. I had to constantly roll down the shorts to the point where I had to wear compression pants/shorts underneath just in an attempt to keep them from rolling up, the middle part of the suit works definitely target belly fat and definitely gets the core heated up and creates a great amount of sweat. the zipper though causes a lot of irritation to the skin so again, I had to wear a compression shirt underneath the suit so I could work out comfortably. The amount of sweat that is produced from this product for me is great. I feel like the product really works. You just have to make sure you get the right size.

This material is very comfy and isn’t the shiny kind of waist shaper/ trainer. It is relatively stretchy but for sizing go for your largest size when it comes to your pant or shirt. I wear 2XL in pant and xl in shirt, so I went with 2XL and it fits perfectly snug. There is a small hook at the top of the zipper to help zip up of course since it does have the plastic lining for the sweat factor but it did go up easily with the hook. Would recommend. It is very lightweight, you can’t see when worn under clothes.
