Definitely worth the money.This hoop is wider and heavier than any other hoops available.No problems with the segments of the hoop coming apart like other hoops. The mechanism on each segment is designed to come apart when you want it to just as easily as it is to put together.If this is your first time using this kind of hula hoop be prepared to be sore afterwards! When I began using this I had to take a lot of breaks! After about a week of a little use every day I am able to just hoop while I watch TV. It actually is a LOT of fun to do!Wear a shirt while using this! Soreness will occur; redness will occur. Bruising may occur.BEST WORKOUT HOOP

HONESTLY, I DO NOT KNOW WHY THIS PRODUCT RECEIVED SUCH A HIGH RATING!!!!! It is VERY cheap...the massaging balls pop out when you join the sections together, and the product is made of very cheap plastic! BUYER BEWARE! I have tried to return this miserable thing for a refund, but the vendor will not answer the e-mail sent via Amazon!!!. I am really disappointed with Amazon. I don't know why they do not screen their vendors and discontinue ones that people have problems with. This product is OVERPRICED and CHEAPLY constructed!!! BUYER BEWARE!
