extra padding
I got this to replace the stock insoles in my Keens (I think those are K-10) and the improvement in comfort is noticeable. These are more cushiony and feel good. One downside is that it will make your fit more snug so if your shoes are tight these would not work well. If you have loose fitting shoes then it will help to fill them out and improve the level of comfort. The sizing was perfect, no trimming needed, it just slipped right in.

Perfect fit
No more heel pain, with the thick cushioning my foot pain has disappeared. Pain relief. Great quality and performance. Nice deal for your money. Protects your soles for roughly in even terrain and keeps them nice and warm as well.

Thick, comfortable replacement footbed
I wear a size 12, which is the upper end of this item's size range, so no trimming needed and a perfect fit for my Voyageur shoes. The comfort is outstanding and the footbed is very nice for an average arch support. The only drawback, mentioned in at least one other review, is this footbed is slightly thicker than the OEM footbed, so if the shoe has built-in elastic tongue retention, the shoe will feel tighter than it did with the OEM footbed. I don't find it uncomfortable, but it could be for people with thicker feet or higher arches.

Great for sore aching feet
The media could not be loaded. My husband did 22 years in the Army Infantry and so his feet are shot! He swears by these Keen inserts. He buys them all the time and puts them in all of his shoes. Great inserts!

Great refresh for my boots
I had a pair of keen hiking boots with steel toes that I used to use for a labor job, they hurt my feet like crazy but I remembered when I bought them they were super comfortable. Now I'm with the post office and I need to be able to stand up my case and case mail for several hours a day. After I got these they took a few days to form to my feet but now they feel great. I was worried I should have bought the more expensive ones for arch support since I have problems with that but I think as long as I don't let these wear out they'll be fine. They're also thicker than the original liners which I believe are k10s so if your boots are already tight they might not work right. You should leave plenty of room when you buy your boots for different socks so I had to loosen my laces a little bit after taking out the old pancake looking soles. They might be a little tight if I try to wear really thick socks but I might spend the money and buy a pair without the steel toes to wear in the really cold.

Thicker Than Stock, Comfort is Not There
These are definitely thicker than a stock Keen insole and are a nice all around thick variant but support is lacking in many respects. For some reason I was hoping this might be Keen's approach to a more "marathon" insole for long shifts at work but it didn't quite hit the mark for me when applied to their steel toe athletic shoes. If you do not suffer from acute pain in certain areas and just want some flats with a little bit more shock absorbtion these are probably fine. The material is very dense rubber and bounces back immediately once you apply and release pressure. Without sounding silly, the best way I can think to describe it is those square pink erasers you have in your stationary kit. They might be rubber but would you want a large one under your foot? Probably not.In the end I went with a heavy duty, arch support insole from a competing brand for half the price and found it to be a night and day difference for fatigue. The 3-star review is because the sizing is second to none for Keens. I love their shoes to no end and am happy to have them in my rotation of workwear but I'll wait for a different release before trying the insoles again.

Perfect
These are the perfect insoles for boots. I have yet to find any insoles more cushioned than these. They will make your boots tighter because of the thickness. These are my go to insoles for all my work boots. Usually buy a new pair once a year to maintain optimal cushion. They’ll last longer than that but I like to change them out since I work in them 12 hours a day.

Super comfortable
These are great for turning a pair of shoes into super comfortable versions . Replace the standard footbed of your shoes with these. Great for people who are on their feet all day.

Comfortable.
They are just a bit thicker, so a tighter fit in my shoes.
