These faucets do not work with stone countertops. They are shorter…

Broker in less than a year
1 major issue, 1 moderate issue, 2 minor issue. Minor issue: the finish on the drain assembly is already wearing off. The second minor issue is that the cold handle was loose and had to tighten the assembly, and it wouldn't be clear to most people how to tighten it. Moderate issue: the drain assembly did not fit my sink. Yes, that's mostly my fault, but at the same time, even if it was, there isn't a perfect seal. I used a ton of plumber's putty. Major issue: just as everyone here says, it broke in less than a year. I've had to disassemble both handles to figure out the issues. First, the cartridge is mostly made of plastic, as opposed to metal, like many replacement cartridges. Second, the inlet valve ceramic discs (I think that's what it's called) came loose, which is why the faucet wouldn't turn off. Third, the set screw comes loose often, which allows the handle to be turned more than a quarter (it's only supposed to go a quarter turn). Fourth, the gasket was blue, indicating it was rated for a cold tap, not a hot tap. I'm not exactly sure if it makes a difference, but I've been told that it does, which is why manufacturers distinguish the handles with red and blue. The marker on the handle was red, but the washer inside the cartridge was blue. Fifth, the corresponding washer than goes around the teeth of the stem is made of plastic, and I can already see wear on it.

Good looking but doesn't work for me.
The threads on the underside of the faucet are not long enough to mount correctly on my vanity. Unfortunately there was no measurement on the image description so it's not something I could have checked for before purchasing. Unfortunately I bought the faucet before it could be installed and the return period ended, so I am unable to return an item I cannot use. It's a great looking faucet at a great price. I wish we could've used it.

Good product till it fails causing flooding
Bought it in May 2021, installation was easy and it seemed like a good quality product. Worked well for 5 months till yesterday evening, Oct 26, 2021 when I saw water dripping from the ceiling of my kitchen which is directly beneath a bathroom. I rushed upstairs to see the bathroom floor flooded with water. Immediate investigation revealed that the hose of this bidet was leaking from the end where it connects to the bidet. I shut off the water and used my wet vac to clean up the mess. Later I dismantled the hose to find a cheap flimsy plastic tube inside the flexible chrome pipe. The plastic hose had just split. We were lucky to be home when this happened and caught it in time. I am making a YT video on this and how to fix it properly so that it doesn't happen again. My advice to the product team: use only braided vinyl tubing as it is the sturdiest thing for this job.

I had to write a review
I wasn't planning to write a review for this faucet but I had to, to show my gratitude to the seller.I had two orders of this same faucet, one of which was defective. However, I didn't finish the installation until 6 months after the delivery; I just found out the defect 6 months later, way past any sort of return or support window. I contacted the seller about this, and despite having passed 6 months, the seller still sent a replacement for free, which arrived in just 2 days and working. Frankly, it wouldn't have been unreasonable to ask for a replacement cost.Of course it still doesn't cost me a penny to write this review, but hopefully this creates value for both the seller and whoever is reading this!

Junk - don't buy
This looks great out of the box - unfortunately it fails after 1 month. The hot water runs like it's full on - when it's off. Also - the finish is already fading. This is my second set of these - bought a new pair and returned the first. This seller is garbage. They ask you to e-mail them with issues - where is the e-mail? It's not listed. They are lying about the product and have no interest in taking responsibility for their faulty products.DON'T BUY.

Nice Faucet set
This is a nice faucet I put in our common bathroom as I remodeled. It matches the other decor perfect despite buying them all separate.

Saves on Toilet Paper
I don't know why I never looked at a product like this before. I guess the toilet paper shortage of the Covid year brought the thought. I always turn off the T-valve when not in use because there is a constant water pressure if you leave it open. It took a little bit of practice to aim at a body part that you can't see, but it works great and there is very little toilet paper usage now. Adjustable water pressure from either the handle or from the T-valve. Glad that I bought this instead of opting for one of the devices that fit under the toilet seat after reading all of the negative comments about wrong angles and cracking toilet seats.
