Where to start?should have been packed in 3 boxes rather then 2,as its too heavy and first one arrived damaged.HmStar replaced it quickly though.You have to build the roof yourself which is a bit fidly and time demanding,but well worth it in the end.It looks absolutely lovely,posh and sturdy,nice heavy wood,very comfortable to sit on,very happy that I have picked this one.despite it not being cheap, it feels and looks expensive:-)well worth the money

Very sturdy and one of a small number of swings with a wooden canopy. Put together in a short time, best to have a socket set as it will take much longer with the tools provided. Larch wood is a good quality wood compared to other types used in the low to medium range of garden swings. We did look at some swings in the high end of the market but could not come to terms with the price they cost. If we keep on top of the wood treatment every other season this will last years. Overall very pleased with this purchase.

Many parts broken as all of you saw in the photosI paid a lot of money to come to me broken hammock I asked for full refund and the seller should send a carrier to collect these heavy iitemThis hammock need to be completely change for health and safety is danger because so many parts broken. Honestly this swing is not good at all and its definitely not worth the price. The item came with a broken piece and the quality of wood was terrible. They only delivered 1 of the 2 packages at first so I had to get in contact with them and ask for the other package. Its been about 1 month since I've put the swing up and all the nuts and screws are coming loose. Try and avoid this product at all costs!!!

I absolutely love this swing and so do my grandchildren. It was a bit tricky to put together and will need two people, there are a lot of pieces. I had a slight problem and contacted the seller by email, my issue was promptly dealt with and resolved.Great company would buy from them again. The swing is really well made and sturdy worth every penny. Let's hope we get lots of sunny days to put it to full use. I have put solar fairy lights all around and it looks beautiful lit up at night.

Item is made of good quality wood and is very solid.Had some issues with parts being incorrect which seller replaced.Isn't hugely comfortable to sit on... I bought a bench cushion (with backs) which improves this to the point it is very comfy now. Also found angle of bench means it feels like your are tipping forward. We mounted front fixings to one link up the chain which makes it much better again.Nice item with some niggles but most others on market are much flimsier

This product was delivered in a battered box and the workmanship is very shoddy. Some of the wooden panels are split and splintered or do not meet the join properly. Please be aware that if you are unhappy with this product then you are expected to arrange courier services and pay for this item to be returned to seller. We are very disappointed with this swing and definitely would not recommend this to anyone (especially if you have grandchildren)John Reed

The swing-seat is delivered in two packages – one contains parts for the frame and canopy, the other contains parts for the seat itself.I decided to open the first box only to begin with and construct the frame and canopy before starting on the seat (as per the rather sparse instructions). Construction of the frame and canopy went fairly smoothly, except that one of the 27 slats which make up the roof of the canopy was very badly warped. Well, I suppose I can live with that, and maybe replace it at a later date.I then opened the second package to start assembling the seat, and promptly discovered that one of the parts (the seat-back) was badly split in two places (joints on opposite corners, see photos). The damage seemed to have been done during manufacture, as the box was not damaged at all. Normally I would have returned the whole swing-seat, but of course I had by now spent a couple of hours assembling the frame and canopy, so I didn’t really want to disassemble it all again and have the hassle of re-packaging and returning it. Also, there seemed to be no method of contacting the manufacturer to obtain a replacement part. So, in the end I decided to affect repairs using wood-glue and screws. Doesn’t look too good, but at least the damage is at the back of the seat and so not too visible. MORAL of the story: check ALL the parts before starting assembly!I would also recommend using a decent ratchet / ring spanner and an electric screwdriver to save time and effort, as the tools provided were basic to say the least.Anyway, the seat is now completed and is comfortable, and looks quite good if you don’t look too closely. Not impressed with the quality control, though, with the damaged seat-back, the warped slat and some of the bolt threads were not good either.Another complaint is that there were no warranty or manufacturer contact details included.
