The box looks nice but when you open it, the two toys are just floating around in there. That said, the toys themselevs have a very nice wood finish. The magnets are not too strong for a little kid.. In fact, they seem a little weak but it is a kids toy. The magnets are exposed, but they aren't loose and don't seem to be a safety hazard. Overall, it's a fun little toy and appears to be good quality. Auvewilo wooden take apart magnetic vehicles are fun for my Pre-K students. These are perfect for the skills of a typical 3-4 year old. Due to the small tail piece on the helicopter I would recommend these for 3+ age due to potential choking hazard. The little truck is probably my favorite as it can be used as a rolling/driving vehicle when it's together. The kids also loved the helicopter and its little prop on top. The puzzles become more challenging when both vehicle pieces are jumbled together. These were fun and engaging. Once my students mastered these (as far as assembly) I did note that those students moved on to other tasks and play. These vehicles are quality and well made. These would make a nice gift for a minimalist/ montessori teacher or occasion.

I wanted to love these. They're so cute and I love magnetic blocks for younger children. BUT unfortunately, I have some quality and safety concerns.Quality concern: A few of my pieces were stuck together. I had to use a pretty good force to pull them apart and when I did, it left some paint residue on the other block. (See photo) Secondly, the blades of the propeller were stuck together at a weird angle and now they don't stay in an X shape.Safety Concern: I have a big concern with any kids toy that has exposed magnets. The magnets in this toy are not covered in any way and a few of them are unevenly placed (see photo). I have no reassurance that the magnets wouldn't come out at some point, and that can be deadly should they be ingested.Additionally, these are marked for 3+ but honestly, they look too babyish to me for a 3 year old to be interested, which further elevates my concern over the magnets. The instructions say that they are to be used with adult supervision, but come on! What parent is going to sit and monitor this kind of toy? That's not realistic.I will not be giving these to my child. If these were produced with hidden magnets, they'd be great, but the exposed magnets are a complete no from me.

Although the box had an insert for holding the car and helicopter, all my pieces were under that and loose. As a result, it looks like the black paint rubbed off on several of the natural pieces. What I find most disappointing with the product is that the pieces can only be used to make those two items. I had thought that the pieces could be mixed and matched, allowing children to explore ways to build other items. Unfortunately, the placement of the magnets and their polarities make that nearly impossible. In addition, the magnets are somewhat weak and not all seem to be placed securely in their spots. Loose button magnets pose a danger to children who might swallow them. Honestly, I can’t see this occupying a child for more than a few minutes, or giving them a sense of accomplishment from just replicating the two vehicles.

These are very sturdy wooden toys. And I love the magnetic feature that enables the child to put each toy together and take them apart. However, I do wish the magnetic hold was a bit stronger. They come apart in the hands a little too easily. This may not be an issue for some children, especially if the child is one who enjoys disassembling and reassembling.But this may not be the ideal toy for children who easily have meltdowns when things fall apart or who play more roughly.I've given it four stars, because it's still a fun toy and made from quality wood. And it can be a good learning toy. If your child won't fall apart when the toy does, then I recommended this set!

Great quality, magnetic wooden truck and helicopter set! The wood is smooth, durable and safe for kids. The magnets of the toy make it easy to assemble and disassemble for those little hands and fingers. It is a great toy for kids to be engaged while having fun. It can be a travel toy and/or keep in a small toddler bag or any bag and brought everywhere. Very simple yet so entertaining to little kids. Great for story telling too. This toy definitely brings kids joy.

Beautiful, smooth, lovely quality wooden transportation toys with magnets. Probably great for kids, especially with the high contrast, and the pieces are too large to swallow, which is nice—but I got these to fidget with while on phone calls. Stronger magnets would be a plus. I hope they make more vehicles or even other shapes. I would love to see a cat or dog that could be put together the same way. They do come apart a little too easily. Bigger or stronger magnets would be an improvement. Also, when they arrived, the parts had scattered all over the box and were rattling around, so the packaging could be improved as well.

They are so adorable!!!! Made of high-quality wood. The surface is very smooth. You don't need to worry about it scratches your kid. The magnetic connections can be assembed and disassembled easily. My kids are having so much fun with it.
