There is a "ring" around the fingerprint reader area and it is super obvious: the image below the fingerprint reader becomes darker and the "ring" scatters light. Also the fingerprint recognition becomes less accurate.It is so annoying that I decided to remove the screen protector. However, because of the difference in thickness, the film fractured around the finger print protector, and left a circular film adhered to my screen. It was super difficult to remove that fractured film and I was nervous that whether I would leave a scratch on the glass. In the end I managed to remove it with lots of alcohol and plastic wedge. I do not recommend this product at all.

I'll start off saying that application is easy and no bubbles. But continuing... the fingerprint circle is so annoying, especially if you're watching videos on your phone. Also, it is not sticky. It doesn't stick to the screen. Only the very very edge sticks, which is less then an inch. So because of this, the screen protector slides around my phone screen instead of staying in place. And then also, it is not fingerprint resistant. I have oily fingerprint residue all over. And just wiping it on a pair of pants or a shirt doesn't help much. It needs a whole wipe down to be clear again.

When I first looked at this and then purchased it, it was advertised and pictured that it didn't have that ugly fingerprint circle. That was the only reason I considered purchasing this. I didn't mind if the the fingerprint sensor had an issue with the glass, I was okay just entering my pin. However when I received this, you can clearly see that the unsightly circle is there.I don't know if the seller/manufacturer has replaced or will replace the picture to include that circle, but when I bought it all the advertising photos didn't have that circle.As for functionality, it works, but the fingerprint accuracy isn't perfect still. At best it will get 70% correct, even if I have 2 fingerprint profiles setup for 1 finger.

This by far the absolute BEST, AND EASIEST screen protector I have ever installed. Super easy and no bubbles WHATSOEVER! Lays flat and works great. It did take a bit to re-register the finger print and I haven't quite gotten it to work yet, but I expected that. Sometimes that take a little bit to completely set on the screen and work correctly, but other than that, it's awesome!Update, about an hour later. I followed the initial directions for the finger print, but as previously stated it wasn't working. I deleted and re scanned...works perfectly!

Wasn't too much of a pain to get on. Durable plastic but definitely lowered the touch sensitivity. Even with the settings in my phone tweeked, I still have to hit the buttons harder than I would prefer. I am about two weeks in on my first out of three protectors and the cracks on the protector are worsening. I can't blame the protector too much in this regard because I work in various construction positions and sometimes it may get knocked around a lot. My screen is fine and scratch free though, so it obviously is doing its job. I much rather pay for screen protectors once and a while rather than replace a 1500 dollar phone.

This screen protector is absolutely garbage. Sure, it may protect your screen, I don't know, didn't make it that far. There is a ring that goes around the fingerprint area and is clearly visible, but don't worry, it renders your fingerprint reader useless. They added a sticky layer to only the fingerprint side of the glass. It sticks great, but there are always blemished which doesn't allow your fingerprint to be read, even after trying to set up new prints. Useless, garbage, don't buy!
