These worked pretty well for my mom - they look like regular shorts but have the two deep pockets on the sides for the bags. However, these run rather large and the smallest size option is only a medium which was too large for my mom. Because they just don't make them any smaller, I ended up shortening the waistband myself to make them fit. Please consider making smaller sizes, as women have this issue too!

These look like regular boxer briefs or athletic shorts to casual observers, but they have two front pockets designed for ostomy bags to slide into, with small openings at the bottom pf each pocket for draining tube to foith through without the need to remove your shorts -- great for protecting your modesty when emptying and ease of use. The waistband is not too tight or lopse and has an elastic sewn-in for comfort and fit. Double-stitched throughout for durability.

I had an inkling these were going to be off in size, I didn't know why. So, my waist for pants is 36 inches, putting me pretty happily into the large or extra large size. Usually, though, I fit into a medium/large combo size for pants. As should be tagged above, I got medium. They fit quite well, actually, and are only slightly tight. They stretch incredibly well, as well. So, if you're unsure what size to get, I'd advise to go for the smaller of the two. That way, the waist band won't be too loose, it WILL stretch to accommodate you.Aside from sizing, these are incredibly comfortable. I am always on the lookout for comfortable clothes for recovery periods. I have chronic issues and would like to be comfortable while recovering. They're good for lounging, walking when you can manage, etc., I really like them.

The short are soft cotton fabric and the elastic band in the waistline is incredibly stretchy. Both pockets are very large and will hod up to a 2000 ml bag. The opening in the top is nice and large and there is an opening on the bottom for draining. My father-in-law is border line XXL and the XXL shorts have enough stretch in them to comfortably fit him.These are a great pair of shorts!!

the short are really soft cotton fabric. there is an elastic band in the waiste line. the pockets easily will hold a 2000 ml bag but would be more comfortable holding a smaller size because of the bulge. the pockets have an area at bottom to drain the bag without removing the bag. There is 2 pairs of the shorts. these shorts look good and you could wear them around your home. the shorts are made for comfort.
