At first I was uncertain how the additional tea selections would taste or soothe. But I have found the choices nice for after dinner teas. There is something here for any guest. My favorite is the probiotic mint and fennel blend.

I tasted some of these recently and loved them. The price on Amazon was great to sample a variety of them.

I liked all the flavors. The chamomile night time teas are my favorite for relaxation.

Why the tea was not in the manufacturer's outer box is puzzling. No expiration or best before date as a result.

If you or someone you know are a fan of herbal tea over black and green tea, this is a great sampler to either fill out your tea stash or try some new flavors. A couple of the flavors are pretty standard - peppermint, lemon ginger - while the other two were new to us - orange with star anise and turmeric, peppermint with fennel. The orange is my wife's favorite, while I'm partial to the classic lemon ginger. These flavors are all great for days when you're just not feeling great and are pretty soothing to the throat and stomach. I'd recommend having this pack on hand for days when someone in the household is feeling under the weather. The included honey sticks are nice, though as mentioned by others they can be a bit messy when you snap or cut them open so be sure to be careful with them. They contain a good amount of honey for what I would consider a standard-sized mug of tea.

I love samplers because they give me an opportunity to try some new flavors before committing to buying a full-sized package. In this sampler, I got to try four new (to me) flavors of Twinings tea.These are the four flavors in the Relax and Unwind sampler:~Soothing Turmeric Orange & Star Anise~Adaptogens Calm Fig & Vanilla~Unwinding Passionflower Spiced Apple & Vanilla~Nightly Calm (chamomile, spearmint, and lemongrass)You also get a package of honey sticks. They aren't the easiest to use and are a bit messy but they do work! You just break them apart and let the honey pour into your mug. They are great to bring with you on the go as they are certainly more convenient than carrying around an actual jar of honey, LOL!I enjoyed most of the flavors. My favorite was the Spiced Apple & Vanilla. I will definitely be purchasing full boxes of that again! The Nightly Calm wasn't my favorite. I am not typically a fan of mint flavored tea and this one was just a bit too herbal for me.If you want to kick up the spice level, try brewing your tea with a cinnamon stick. It really kicks up the flavor level and pairs beautifully with several of the flavors included in this sampler. YUM!
