God bless the manufacturer! I had checked reviews of multiple brands and selected this one. I was worried to order such a big bag although I needed it. Most of the coconut I have used - fresh or dessicated - always tasted like the flavors were already extracted once and then sold. I am happy with this product as it tastes proper coconut. It's as good as it can get.

This fine shredded coconut is a lot. I used it to make coconut milk. I was having a hard time finding ready made coconut milk without gums. The ones without gums you had to buy in bulk and were very expensive. This makes great coconut milk! Love it!

Very large bag that will last you a while. 4.8 pounds! Non-GMO, organic, etc. Very dry and unsweetened so it will last a while in storage too. Best by date is Apr2025 so has an unopened shelf life of 2 years. It may take us that long to use it up. Great for smoothies too.

Ive tried the rest, these are the best. No additives, just coconut. High quality and fresh.

I used a couple of their other products and was impressed by the quality and liked what I could see about the company and how they operate. Seems like there are people I want to support, the product is quality, and hey the price is great because after all we're not trying to spend more than we have to. I will go back to them. I had read that the coconut is in a large bag and that it was nice big flakes. Even with that information I was still pleasantly surprised and pleased with the amount and taste of this coconut. I like to toast it and just use it for a healthy snack. Highly recommend!

This is chipped coconut, large pieces and perfect for making your own trail mix. This product is excellent.
