I found it easy to put up and like the way it works, including the slide out bottom tray. The doors locate and secure well. I thought the 36” would be fine but the advice is our puppy is likely to outgrow it. I would happily replace with the larger version if necessary.

Bought this as it was an excellent price, in fact it was a steal.Have used MidWest for 20 years and still have the first one I purchased. Yes it’s been repainted and a new base bought but the cage itself the metal is thicker than most other makes.Buy right, buy once.

Great for my young growing whippet !!

This has proved to be a really good crate.Well made with no nasty sharp edges and has put up with some chewing by its occupant, a Lab puppy.The two door arrangement gives flexibility of deployment and it folds easily for storage if required. It comes with a divider that allows the crate to be sized for a growing dog to ensure optimum size for the animal's development.The only negative to date, and it is not enough to deduct a star, is that the metal hook for securing it when folded is next to the side door and has been a magnet for the dog to worry it and try and chew on it, when outside the crate. The hook has not been damaged by this worrying, but it is quite distracting and annoying and of-course, trying to stop the puppy chewing it just reinforces that he wants to chew it more than anything else in the world!That said, this crate has proved really useful and the dog loves it as his little 'den'.

Great little crate, we weren't going to get one as new pup is a Chihuahua, thought she would be easier than a big dog.How wrong, brilliant to be able to put her in at night, although the house training is definitely not easier, she wees and poos in there if we don't get out of bed at the first sounds she makes. Looks nice, and she trots in during the day for a nap. One word of warning, I got my finger completely trapped when pulling the top up and clipping it to the side, nearly passed out! Be careful.

Our pup love his crate, he's now too big for it, however we still use it to store his water and blankets over night, leaving the doors open for him to take the blankets and drink as he pleases. The hard base was great for giving a firm base which a bed can be placed on top. It's a great create, and having two doors and a handle is convenient and practical

I’ve tried a few brands and sent back as the main problem was the sharp edges and joins. Not with this MidWest crate so worth the extra money. Amazon’s brand is good but you can tell this one is just better. I have both brands so easy to compare!

Absolutely love this!And not only me. Our cavapoo puppy loves going to sleep in it.We've had many remarks on it being so nice and stylish for our little girly.Size is perfect and having a separator makes it perfect for toilet training.Great use of it!Plus it's portable and sturdy.Just a little heavy maybe but totally comprehensible.
