It looks great, not expensive, and most important of all it's basically impossible to get the wrong size. Get sized UP and then trim it DOWN to the perfect size when you get it and test fit it. Just don't cut it too short obviously, cut it a little at a time until it's perfect.The ratchet is super easy and I really like that it doesn't use holes. I don't deform the belt like others because with this belt you don't have to pull on the leather at an angle whenever putting on or taking off the belt. That's how my older belts would wear out from always pulling tight on the belt to unbuckle the holes in the leather, that would cause the belt material to separate after awhile. That will never happen with this belt.These should last a very long time and they look great and the buckles are interchangeable with others from this manufacturer.

I've had this belt for about a year and a half, and I'm just as pleased with it now as I was when it first arrived.My biggest worry was that the clasping mechanism would fail or wear down over time, but I'm very pleased to announce that it has not.It is comfortable to wear for many hours as the low profile of the "buckle" helps prevent chaffing on your belly while sitting.Considering its comfortable, stylish and well made it is, its a good deal. I cant go buy any belt for nearly this price at a department store.

I like these belts so much I decided to get six of them over the past year. I rotate my pants and don't like to keep taking a belt off and the putting it on another pair of pants. I like my pants somewhat loose when I'm sitting and tighter when I stand up. This ratchet belt has such small increments of tightening or loosening that it's easy to adjust it by pushing in on the belt to tighten or pressing a tiny lever just behind the edge of the buckle to loosen. As we get older, our waists often expand to the size of our hips and that's when the pants will begin to slide downward and the reason that so many men used to wear suspenders. I'm hard to please and very much like items that are not only well made but very well designed. This belt is an excellent choice. Try it and it will definitely be a keeper.

In a department store these both be well over $60 if not more for 2! Very good quality and design. I am looking forward to wearing them with some nice dress slacks or even with casual pants.Every once in a while you order something on Amazon and get more than you expected and not just flat out disappointed. This is one of those purchases. I recommend and a gift for for yourself. I actually gave the packaging case to my wife it was nice enough for her to use as a jewelry box :)
