Nice boot
Im used to wearing redwings in the natural gas industry 30 plus years ago. I still have a pair, of the logging boots, I paid $300 for them then. Logging boots are great, but not for yard commando work. Looking at red wings in the moc style, close to $300? Nah, so ordered these in the moc toe in dark brown in size 9, based on my merrel sizes I wear. And it’s a perfect fit. They come with an extra set of inserts that you place between the boot insole, which is cushioned. And the insert in the boot, and you’ll get a super snug fit. The leather seems to be of good, substantial quality, this is my first pair. So I cannot speak of longevity on these boots here. But the sole is thick and gives you a lot of bounce almost they’re so shock absorbing. If the leather lasts, and the boots fit on your feet well, then I can see getting them resoled when the sole wears thin. But, you can get a new pair of boots for what a sole job will probably cost you. But, you’ll have to break in a new pair.I’m excited to wear them and see how long they last, I’ll report back if any issues.

didn't like the insoles
They're great boots, soft premium leather, comfortable and easily broken in. They come with 2 pairs of insoles which may be perfect for others, 1 for people with arched feet, and 1 for flat footed people. I have arches, but i felt like the heel on the insole was too thick. It felt like i was standing on a hill. I put insoles from my hiking boots in them and it made them perfect. This might not be an issue for some, but for me it cost them a star. Overall a great pair of boots and good value.

Great boots
This is a very comfortable boot they only downside for me it was a little heavy and I get the bigger side but that's fixing but I would put in a five-star

Great boot!
Wore thin socks to break in. The boots seem to be well made and walking in them has been good.

Good boot for the price
I bought these boots to satisfy a safety and metatarsal requirement at my job. Now there are a few things that need to be mentioned here. For the price is something I’ll say alot cause for the price these boots will get it done. They’re definitely not on a throgood, Carolina or red wing level but for the price ( under 100 bucks) you can’t beat it. It’s definitely a Goodyear welt as the boot claims but trust me when they wear out it’s not worth resoling. The leather is definitely not a top quality leather as it looks to be fairly thin with a very heavy topcoat applied to it it’s also got a weird interior liner which is obviously hiding the cheaper leather but again for this price can you honestly say you weren’t surprised? In all truth I would definitely say this leather should hold up for a year in general industrial use. The sole is the biggest surprise in my experience as it’s fairly durable and after 10 days of mixed general use is only showing light edge wear. It’s a wedge sole and it’s definitely a copy of the famous vibram christy outsole. The advantage of this type of outsole is it doesn’t pick up stuff like a lug sole will and you don’t track stuff into your interior. The Wedge evenly distributes your weight and is more comfortable then most lug soles ( the trade off is a softer sole wears more rapidly). It’s a good boot if you need steel toe protection right away and can’t afford something better. It will also last long enough so you can afford to replace it with better gear when the time comes. Don’t be expecting top end quality but it’s definitely far above those shoes you see people standing on the nails with. They’ll get the job done and save you enough to replace em with something better

Very Comfortable
These boots were immediately comfortable they have a lot of cushion, the leather is soft and it conforms to your foot rather quickly especially with some mink oil. At times I don't even take them off when i get home because they fit so well. The flip side of the soft leather is that it doesn't offer much ankle support or even foot support really, say if I'm working sideways on an incline. I have to be aware of trying not to roll my ankle more so than with other boots. I didn't want the waterproof version because I was hoping the non waterproof would breath better but these boots dont breath well at all, if any, they make my feet sweat and I dont like wearing them when working in the heat with pants. They have held up very well through three months of daily work except one lace just broke. The moc toe traps welding spatter Ive noticed. I like them but probably wouldnt buy them again for work, more like a casual boot to wear when its cooler and maybe get the waterproof version for like rainy days about town.

Finally a comfortable wide boot
I have spent the last 3 months buying and trying and had no luck until SureWay. I watched Anvil Rose's YouTube channel on how boots are made. This helped me to realize that a boot must have a minimum build requirement to be a good boot.Let's see how SureWay stacks up!Sizing: SureWay has a fabulous size chart for each product, and because I have wide feet I was able to determine that these boots would fit my wide feet requirements, and they did. SureWay solves the wide feet requirements.Special Requirements: Also, I struggle with having had a broken heel which means that boots must have a cushioning sole. Also, my feet must fit snugly inside the boot so that my feet do not slide around inside. Sureway solves the cushioning sole requirement and see the next comment on how SureWay solves the interior fit requirement.Interior Fit: SureWay boots come with removable inserts and provide an extra insert so you can have a more snug fit. This ensures the foot is not sliding which prevents the toes from trying to counterbalance the extra space. Eliminating extra space eliminates creates toe chafing. This special requirement is solved by SureWay.Comfort: What I learned from Anvil Rose is that a soft sole, while good for comfort, is bad for wear. SureWay has addressed this by having a second layer on the sole which acts as a wear layer and keeps its comfort because of the soft section, which works amazingly. SureWay solves the wear and comfort requirements.Construction: The outside, stitching, and interior of the boot are amazingly constructed, comfortable and well-fitting. I could never afford higher-cost boots. SurWay solves the quality build requirements. Conclusion: SureWay has delivered a high-quality, comfortable boot at a very affordable price of < $150 Canadian.

Great Work Boots
I have been wearing these for four plus months now and love them. Well-built and comfortable. They even came with extra insoles which helped the fit for my flat feet! I will be buying these again!
