This really was a waste of money. The product looks good on paper, but it's cheap made and pretty much useless.... Don't waste your money.

My daughter absolutely loves the K-bands... item arrived missing tumbling ankle straps, dvd and booklet with stretches.... which was the entire reason we bought this set instead of a different one.
